Extremely poor service they take your money soon after you visit them and after that a nightmare start.

Absolutely fraudulent people please stay away from them very unprofessional and thug sitting there.

I had the worst experience with Lerra clinic and strongly advise anyone considering a hair transplant to stay far away from them. From start to finish, everything about this company was unprofessional, misleading, and downright frustrating.

I am going to take a legal action against them and this is the copy of my police report

Subject: Complaint Regarding Transportation Negligence and Fraudulent Assurance by Lerra Clinic

I, Azhar Khan, am filing this complaint regarding the negligence and fraudulent assurances provided by Lerra Clinic’s transportation service during my recent visit to Istanbul for medical treatment. The details of my grievance are as follows:

1. Upon my arrival at Istanbul Airport, I was assured that a driver would be present to receive me. However, no one arrived, and I was forced to wait for over 30 minutes while repeatedly calling the clinic’s representative, Esra, for updates.

2. On the day of my scheduled appointment at the clinic, I was left waiting at my hotel for two hours due to transportation failure. This resulted in me missing my scheduled laser dental session, causing significant inconvenience and distress.

3. The most serious incident occurred during my return to the airport. Despite multiple assurances from Esra that the driver was “five minutes away,” no one arrived for over two hours. Due to this negligence, I had to book a private taxi at the last minute, barely making it to my flight.

This level of mismanagement and false assurances caused me severe mental distress, financial loss, and unnecessary inconvenience. I believe this conduct amounts to negligence, misrepresentation, and potential fraud, as I was repeatedly misled about the transportation services that were promised as part of my package.

I request you to take appropriate legal action against the responsible parties at Lerra Clinic, investigate this matter, and ensure that no other visitors face similar issues. Kindly provide me with guidance on the next steps I should take to pursue justice in this matter.
