I’d love share my experience with smile team turkey . It’s my second visit to smile team , at first visit I had my zirconium crowns done and last visit I had my tooth implant placed . Everything from booking the treatment to arriving , transfers , hotel been absolutely amazing ! Everyone in smile team are super friendly and helpful . Treatment was painless , day after I didn’t even need to take pain killers . Everything was done best it could ! Especially id like to thank my Dentist Mr. Tolga , Dentist assistant Ms. Busha and absolutely wonderful coordinators that been there from day one Max and Nargiza ! Can wait to come back to Antalya and finish my treatments ! This clinic was recommended to me by my work colleagues and now I can definitely recommend this clinic to anyone that is looking for amazing smile and amazing service ! The best !

After years of bad dentistry here in the UK and being ashamed of my teeth I decided at the age of 75 to do something about it. After extensive research I settled for Smile Team in Antalya. From my first contact with Lana who was very communicative and always responded promptly I could tell that they were a very professional and well organised company. My treatment consisted of a full extraction followed by all on six on both upper and lower jaws. Because of an old infection in my lower jawbone I had to have the infection scraped and dug out of the bone, not the most pleasant thing to have done but after a few hours discomfort everything is fine and I only had to take two painkillers the whole time I was there. My special thanks must go to Max my coordinator and translator, absolutely brilliant and always had a smile on his face. Thanks also to my brilliant surgeon Ahmet and his assistant Item, I don’t know everyone’s name but everyone I had contact with were fantastic. The transport between hotel and clinic was great with a fantastic driver who again I don’t know the name of. Just a quick word about the clinic, absolutely spotlessly clean and full of cutting edge technology, gives you a lot of confidence. I come back in approximately 5 months time to have my permanents fitted but I’m even happy with the look of my plastic temporaries. Do I recommend Smile Team? Yes absolutely 100%

When I first arrived in Antalya I was scared of what was going to happen but this completely changed the second I arrived at the clinic.

Everyone is so professional and kind. I cannot recommend enough how amazing this place is!

After doing some research I came across Trustpilot reviews of the Smile Team and I appreciated many of the positive reviews. With the one exception, I was a little skeptical of why so many people had such high reviews that I felt it was possibly too good to be true. I did decide to book an appointment knowing that if I did not feel good about what was going to happen, I could just have the one implant done and still be happy with my existing teeth. As it turned out, I had a good meeting although I have to say that the level of efficiency in the clinic was very fast and I could see there that they are busy. I took the chance and decided to have all my teeth crowned which was a little scary just thinking about it. I really did not have any issues with my existing teeth they just were old and yellowing. The first day was the toughest but with the extra local freezing everything went well. About 3 hours in total from start to finish to prepare my existing teeth for the new crowns. A temporary set of teeth were later installed. All in all, I will say that the entire process was very professional if not too expedient compared to my own dentist who seem to take an hour just for one tooth. I met other clients in the same hotel which seems to be entirely occupied by folks who are going to and from the clinic and they seemed satisfied with the work. Many were having all of their teeth removed. I will note that all of the people I met except for one person was from the UK. Lastly, it seems that this clinic does not do veneers and they seem to favor new crowns instead. It would be good to confirm this with the company. I decided to wait a few days before I wrote this review as the reviews are always suggested by the clinic on the final day. I will say that I am happy with the result and while I am still getting used to the new teeth configuration which takes a while longer to adjust in my mouth, I can say that the physical results are great and the slight sensitivity I have to cold food is dissipating slowly. I had great service from Max and Dr. Ahmet and his assistant the entire week. The rest of the team is very supportive as well. Hopefully I can come back to this review in a couple years to update for a more longer term review.

We were collected from the airport, settled into our hotel. Dental work started promptly, procedures were explained by a dentist who spoke fluent English. The dentist was brilliant, gentle and attentive, giving breaks regularly, i appreciated that because my mouth was getting tired. All the staff were absolutely amazing, always had a smile. Tea or coffee was always available and the entire clinic was clean, huge and extravagantly decorated with high taste. I would recommend this clinic to everyone, they will be in safe hands. My partner had his entire upper and lower jaw redone from scratch and can now eat with no pain plus he looks amazing so do I. All paperwork and guaranteed, is given and explained. After care is also given in writing. Communication is fast via WhatsApp, responses are quick and advice given. I am very happy with the whole process. Judith

I recommend this clinic! It’s been 3 years since I went to Smile Team Turkey! It’s a complex professional team! The teeth after 3 years are perfect! Without any problem of aesthetics or infection!!! Excellent!!!

My advice – be very careful when choosing your implant dentist. I made a mistake and chose a clinic in Marmaris who messed up my treatment (all on 6) in January 2023. In July 2023, when I returned to the Marmaris clinic, they told me that all my implants had failed. I then showed my X-rays to several other clinics and they all said the implants failed due to being placed incorrectly and bone grafts not done correctly.

I then started my search for another clinic. Most clinics looked at my x-rays and refused to help because of the bad work done by the Marmaris clinic.

However, Smile Team agreed to help. They were very clear bout the whole process from the start.

In August 2023, in my first visit to Smile Team, they removed the faulty implants and placed new implants. They did bone grafts and a sinus lift. I was very encouraged by their professionalism. Everything was excellent. They provided good accommodation, picked me up at agreed times and the clinic was clean and modern and professional. Above all, the staff were excellent. The head surgeon Dr Tolgahan was excellent and spoke English (the Marmaris clinic surgeon did not). The reception and support staff were all excellent.

I then returned in March 2024 and was worried in case the treatment had failed. They checked my xrays and confirmed the implants had worked. I was then fitted with my new teeth – all on 6. After a year of no teeth, I had beautiful new teeth. They looked great. My gums were sore for about 3 weeks because they have to open the gums to access the implants. But after that, the teeth felt natural. Now 6 months later – fingers crossed – they feel great. I can eat all types of food and the teeth look great. Thank you Smile Team.
