Locadentinternational Review

After years of being unhappy with his teeth, I took my husband to LocaDent for a smile he could be confident about.

After lots and lots of research, review checking, Facebook group checking etc I was confident that LocaDent would provide the service we needed.

My very first discussion with Nur (customer liaison) was very positive, she understood English extremely well and answered all of my random questions; she was very friendly and just lovely to speak to.

Nur organised our booking for us, and guided me through the flight bookings also.

We arrived in Izmir on the 19th June, and hubby’s transformation began on the 20th.

The hotel apartments were very nice, good air-con, clean throughout, a decent pool, gym, and restaurant on site.

LocaDent provided all taxi rides to and from clinic, and private transfers to and from the airport.

We travelled with our 6 year old daughter and the team in clinic were absolutely amazing with her (she keeps asking to go back!) they made her feel very special.

We stayed for 5 nights, hubby had to have lot’s of work done prior to his veneers being fitted (I think it ended up being 4 root canals, tooth extraction, and a couple of fillings) but the price didn’t change at all from the one we were quoted right at the start.

The dentist was honest with expectations and recommended the right shade to go for: he went for a blended shade to make them look as natural as possible.

My husband is very very happy with his results and is now actually smiling and asking for family pics to be taken – he used to avoid smiling in public and would never have his pic taken willingly before.

We are very satisfied with the entire service from the team, and we recommend them to everyone who asks about his experience.

Locadent , I’m so happy I found them , the care , the honesty to help I found them second to none , previously to locadent , I have had treatment in another big name clinic , and I was amazed how locadent solved the issues I was left with . I can’t thank them enough , to be honest , I took my 6 year old son with me , and we received the best of care and the best of times even through airport canceled the flights home , locadent done everything they possibly could to make everything the best possible experience and I have a great smile with our special new friends at locadent , you know we we will see you soon as friends . One of the best experiences I have ever had at any dentist was here a Locadent, love my smile love my new teeth, I loved the experience so much I recommended them to family member and returned a month later with my brother in law for him to have his done.

All the staff were awesome from start to finish, we all got to know each other very well, so much laughs together.

They made the whole experience of travelling and staying in turkey hassle free, I can’t thank you all enough

Full transition was smooth I had 20 zirconium crowns the full procedure was pretty much painless 10/10 my teeth now look unreal your Allways very welcome and easy to understand

I’m Anthony from the uk and since arriving at locadent in turkey I have been hade to feel welcome comfortable on arrival staff at reception are great n polite help you with everything you need they have stuck to all there words no extra charges and has made my hole life different with the smile a have always wanted great place great staff great results wouldn’t recommend anywhere else

From start to finish EXCELLENT service from NUR my coordinator, she is an amazing young lady with very good command of English language,extremely kind, sensitive young lady nothing was too much for her even going out of her way and role to take us to a shopping mall she is an incredible person as we’re all the staff I encountered at locodent, little Nuran,receptionist english she is learning but so funny.

Now to david the owner of locadent What a guy, his professionalism,his personality, his calming presence, no BS, straight to the point and last but not least his determination to do a fantastic job is non comparable, I am a 56 year old menopausal woman who’s teeth were snapping, constantly going back and forth to the dentist at home I london, I had 6 crowns/caps already all different colours my teeth what was left were stained with coffee/tea and smoking even with good oral hygiene, I was terrified to have them all crowned but as soon as I met David my anxiety began to disapate, he really made the process easy honestly if anyone wants to contact me for further info I would be more than happy to answer there questions, I had 25 zirconium crowns including bridges, one tooth out and root canal filling in one the whole process took 3 consecutive trips and done, nothing was rushed pain relief was offered throughout but not necessary for me, sedation is available if you prefer.

The surgergy is spotless clean as stated everyone along the way is amazing if I could I would give them 10/10 the only thing that could have been better, but would increase the price is accommodation, you don’t have to have there accommodation, you can book your own, it’s okay staff are really helpful, not to far from the clinic, it’s functional but personally not for me.
