The clinic is spotless and everyone is very attentive and looks after you so well from the moment your treatment begins…I feel so lucky to have found them… I had my treatment started in October ’23 and I am looking forward to going back to complete my treatment on January 10th 24…I would recommend DeepSmile to anyone..

From the very first text and call to arrange my treatment the staff at deep smile were amazing told me exactly what the plan was and made me feel so at ease as I was so nervous.

My first trip to deep smile I was nervous scared and although I had been set at ease during calls once in the dentist as people know the nerves kick in but the staff couldn’t be more accommodating calmed my nerves and set about treatment after my first visit I had to wait 3 months for implants to heal then go back every week deep smile text me asking if I was OK asked for video to make sure healing OK the service was top notch same as after care all through the waiting and healing process after I went back got the full teeth in and I could not be more happy even after treatment deep smile have stayed in contact and made sure everything is perfect for me I can’t thank them enough they changed my life

For me personally it was ,as I rated it , a 5 star treatment, very well looked after, amazing and very professional team.

A SERIOUS WARNING TO AVOID!

DEEP SMILE CLINIC IN ANTALYA, TURKEY

I recently visited Deep Smile Clinic in Antalya, Turkey, for composite bonding. My original plan was to have the procedure done in the UK, but after speaking to someone at my hotel who had theirs done there, I decided to give it a try. My return flight was the next day, so I contacted the clinic the evening before. They eagerly offered to open early to accommodate me, which in hindsight should have been a red flag. However, I decided to proceed.

The clinic owner demanded payment upfront before any work began. I requested to pay after the job was completed, but he insisted this was their policy.

The procedure was finished, but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the color or shape. Still, they looked better than before, and I had to leave quickly to catch my transfer to the airport.

Shockingly, within 24 hours of returning to the UK, the composite on my top and bottom teeth began crumbling while I was eating a slice of pizza. I contacted the clinic with photos, but they blamed the issue on me grinding my teeth at night. I explained that I don’t grind my teeth, and I’m very familiar with the signs since my partner does.

I requested a refund, as composite bonding should not deteriorate within 24 hours. The owner refused, claiming there is no warranty for composite bonding and that this is “normal practice worldwide.” He offered to repair the damage if I flew back to Turkey, but I no longer trust them to work on my teeth. Considering the additional costs of flights, accommodation, and time off work, it simply isn’t worth it.

I now face a £4,200 bill in the UK to have their shoddy work removed and redone properly.

Avoid this clinic at all costs. If they refuse a refund for £960, imagine the nightmare for more expensive procedures.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND MONEY AND AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!!

After years of hesitation coming from the UK, I chose Deepsmile in Antalya to do my work. Bahar and Cihan are a great team and I received a fantastic service over my 2 visits 6 months apart. The work was done to a high standard and people say my teeth look natural and I can smile with much more confidence. I look forward to returning on holiday and coming in for a check-up. My treatment at deep smile was fantastic from start to finish.

Being a very nervous person picking a clinic was difficult as there are plenty to choose from but deep smile stood out for me my first appointment I had 6 baby teeth removed 6 implants inserted. I then let my gums heal, flew back out the beginning of May for my treatment to be completed. I wanted my teeth as natural as possible same shape as my old teeth. (Not big) and also natural white (not glowing in the dark) !

I certainly got what I asked for . I love them !

The staff are very welcoming, Understanding and very helpful. Very clean sterile clinic.

I would definitely recommend deep smile.

Also the clinic is coming to the UK which says a lot to me as a nervous, paying patient.

We have all herd about terrible (Turkey teeth) some clinics opening , shutting them down after a year. The customer can’t find them. ( my worst nightmare)
