I have had a very good overall experience with booking surgery this is my second lot of surgeries with the amazing Dr yalcinl he is so professional has done such amazing work to my body I could not be happier.
medistanbul hospital is where I had my procedure. it was clean and tidy staff and nurses are beautiful people all my translators have been so easy to speak to and helped me out with anything I needed nothing was a problem for them.thank you for making my journey that bit easier.
I felt safe and cared from the beginning of my journey. I have never been to a hospital like that. All the time the nurses and all team checking on you even during the night. All with a smile
Our Coordinator, Isabel Walker, was very clued up and helpful and the various translators that we’ve met is a joy to work with. I have found that the Hospital nursing staff in some instance were young and with minimal experience; especially with patients that have small, difficult veins. That caused me immense pain and let to lots of stress.

Had the recommendation to use this company from a friend. From start to finish, the process was fantastic. The surgeon (Dr Ali Tardu) was highly recommended and didn’t disappoint with his care. The hospital (Yasam) was like a 5* hotel and all the nurses were so caring and kind. Would highly recommend the surgery and this company.

I recently visited Booking Surgery and was very impressed with how smooth everything went. As a solo traveller, I was nervous, but luckily that didn’t last long. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the team went above and beyond to make my experience a pleasant one. My interpreter, Morgan, was a bright ray of sunshine. His professionalism, warmth, and humour really made a lasting impression. Morgan has a charm and energy that instantly makes you feel at ease. I will miss hearing his loud laughter booming down the corridors, and certainly wouldn’t mind crossing paths with him again. Overall, a fantastic experience. Thank you to the entire team for looking after me! You’re all lovely people and your families must be so proud.
I can honestly say what an amazing experience I have experienced from the taxi driver who picked me up from the air port to the hospital staff. They have all been amazing and so understanding! The lady at the hospital called Stella has been amazing and has gone up and beyond for me and my partner. A truly kind soul. The room was stunning so clean and was maintained to stay clean. The staff have been lovely the only issue we had was the hot water in our room did not work so did not have any hot water until the second day. But other than this we had no issues the surgeon has came to see me every day since having my operation to see how I’ve been getting on. I can’t say thank you enough to everyone who has worked the long shifts to keep us all safe and comfortable!
I was at Medistanbul hospital for Dr. Funda and I met with a translator called MORGAN! He Is the best interpreter ever! He is so helpful, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! He answered all of my questions and made sure I was well taken care of as well as my mother. He also is very funny and made me feel comfortable. It was an amazing experience! If you ever come to Medistanbul Hospital you must ask for Morgan! He goes above and beyond!
