MagicTouch DentalClinic Review

I’ve recently completed Invisalign in the UK and a friend of mine recommended what I thought was this dentist in turkey. I got the names wrong. I enquired with Magic/amazing and they were lovely at first but I sent the pictures of my teeth and I asked for emax (thin) they told me I needed 26 crowns to achieve what I wanted. Which I knew was nonsense.

I explained I really didn’t need my teeth filing down to pegs as I’d just paid 3k for Invisalign. They got very pushy and rude.

I went back to my friend who recommended this clinic to question my experience with them. I found out I got the name wrong. I was so relieved

They contacted me again two weeks later and I explained I had got the names wrong and I was going to another clinic for 8 emax Veneers.

It got very weird from there with them being extremely pushy and rude. Telling me I was stupid and my teeth were ugly.

The manager owner Ekram or Engin. I can’t remember called me to see if he can save the day/ I explained I was very sorry but I got the names mixed up and I really didn’t want crowns. He then started to be inappropriate and said he would offer me free dental makeover if I let him make it up me.

I declined and explained I really didn’t want crowns and I’d already booked elsewhere. He then got very angry and told me to go to hell.

The most bizarre and disturbing experience of my life.

I have had not only the worst experience at magic touch Antalya but the treatment after has been horrific too. My teeth were done so badly in June, I had to go back and have them all RE DONE! They are still not right, I am having treatment in the uk now. Because I shared that i had not had a great experience with magic touch clinic they started to blackmail me into not talking about it otherwise they wouldn’t FINISH the work they had started on my family members, bare in mind they had removed teeth from these family members. Which is illegal but the way, my solicitor confirmed that’s nothing to do with my treatment. I have had sexual harrassing messages from the owner – Ekrem. They will be posted to social media today. They have lied to potential clients about me in order to gain more custom, in doing so they shared private messages between them and my family members also. This has caused me to be trolled horribly online by people that are currently being investigated for stalking and harassment charges. They have made my life hell in every way possible! 5 star reviews are fake, they have left their clients with damage in their mouths to the point they cannot eat nor drink properly.

The worst dental experience ever!

These guys are the biggest scammers going, I only went for 2 crowns, and these jokers tried telling me I needed 12 crowns, and x-ray and a bone graph and got very demanding and angry when I told him to jog on! The owner is a right weirdo, heavily flirting with different female colleagues!

Every single staff member made me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout the process.

I am so happy with my results, I can’t stop smiling.

DO NOT COME HERE! THIS CLINIC BOTCHED MY TEETH TWICE! I had 28 zirconium crowns mid 2024, (so I was told) when I got home I had really bad pains and couldn’t eat or drink anything to the point I lost weight and had to contact a doctor. I then went to a uk dentist due to the pain and was told I had PORCELAIN crowns???/that the teeth were far too big and not fitted correctly. I contacted magic touch and they didn’t want to help me fix the problem they had caused me. Ekrem, the owner would only agree to fix my teeth because I threatened to show his wife the very inappropriate messages he had been sending me! When I flew to Antalya the SECOND time for treatment toward the end of year (baring in mind having your teeth done AGAIN is super painful) I was placed in the filthiest hotel I have ever seen in my life. I took photos which I will be posting on social media. I asked to move hotels due to the electrical wires having down very low and the bathroom being severely mouldy (Ekrem shouted at me about this and I had to remind him of the messages I had for him to stop being so aggressive). The new hotel was ok, but not much better. I have since been home for 3 months and I have problems again. I work in social media, I have asked for them to not only fix the problems but take the photo of my face down from their ads and they have ignored and blocked me. I didn’t want to have to write a review like this as I thought we could fix it but the trust has completely gone. I wish I never went to magic touch. This is a horror story that you hear of – domt do it. Do no risk it. Uk dentists don’t want to touch you, it costs a FORTUNE just to be seen and a 5 hour drive due to the fact only 2 clinics MIGHT see you depending on the problems. I am living a nightmare. A friend of mine had their teeth done there too and a tooth has fallen out and they are refusing to help him too! It’s awful. I honesty wish I never had my teeth done here. I am currently looking for a new dentist to fix this problem. They offer people with decent social media accounts discount & commission when you get home – that never gets paid either. There is so much I could say but my TikTok post tomorrow will clear everything up!

Really good service from start to finish. From first getting in touch to the end really good communication about what I was getting and what I was paying for no hidden cost paid what was agreed when I arrived. Very experienced dentist did the work really happy with my new teeth. Hotel was decent good enough for what you have come for. Overall brilliant service highly recommended

Great to deal with tried hard to make it as easy and for us from pick up to to the hotel (blue garden) and treatment , happy with my new smile, my wife is all so happy with her teeth whitening made a big difference

I found out about Magic Touch through instagram and I believe it was one of the best choices I have made to choose them! In the beginning, I spoke to Onur who is the patient coordinator, he explained everything clearly and made sure I had nothing to be confused about which was super helpful. When we arrived to the airport we were picked up (by driver named Ramazan who was so friendly and provided WiFi immediately since we needed)which ensured a very smooth and relaxing journey to the hotel which was also great and had a terrific sea view. There was also delicious breakfast included, this would’ve not been possible without the great organisation of the Magic Touch team.The day after we went to the Clinic which was immaculate and vast. We met Ekrem who was the owner of the clinic and he was very friendly, after I had 28 crowns placed by Dr. Hüseyin. He was very professional and did a really good job. My husband also did 8 implants by Surgeon Yusuf who was also just as amazing! Now we are back at home, peaceful and extremely happy with the results. I absolutely love my new smile!! I highly recommend choosing Magic Touch Dental Clinic as my experience has been one of the best!
