Cygnus Clinic Review

I made my first contact with Eren, who was very informative, friendly, knowledgeable, always responsive and most importantly assisted in every way possible. He is a great asset to the company.

Procedure went well and I came across other friendly staff that assisted along the way.

Going through the healing phase now and it’s going well so far

This Clinic was one of the best, I was shocked to have come across a medical advisor who was not only knowledgeable but a native from my country (USA) … I’ve done extensive research on surgeries in Turkey. The media has always shed light on some of the heinous situations that happen year in year out. But after it all, I decided to take the leap and I must say I’m just overcome with joy. Rhinoplasty changed my life for the better. Eren was especially helpful and so informative. He never pushed me he stayed patient and took my calls and never left me unresponsive. True professional. Dr. Sinan, not much needs to be said about him. He’s just a magician. A very personable doctor if I’ve ever seen one. To all the coordinators, the staff. I thank everyone for being so accommodating and hospitable! God bless you Cygnus! You’ve changed my life!

Sono rimasta completamente soddisfatta soprattutto per la professionalità e la qualità del Dott.Tayfun Demirel, la sua precisione e la sua bravura vanno oltre il massimo che un paziente possa desiderare, ripeterei questa esperienza altre1000 volte…la clinica fantastica, professionali e perfettamente precisi…!

Lo consiglio tantissimo per chi sogna di effettuare una rinoplastica..

This is the third review I am writing about this clinic.

My first review should be still up but in the second review I gave them 3 stars and complained about a few things that I wasn’t happy with concerning my experience which I was asked to take down multiple times, even though I don’t think it’s fair to just keep up the good reviews, so I didn’t delete it and now they found a way to flag my review and get it taken down. For this reason, I’m giving them one star this time.

I regret ever choosing this clinic, which is one of the worst things that can happen after spending so much money on a procedure.

I had an ethnic rhinoplasty done on the 29th of August 2023 but unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the results.

I believe the surgeon that performed my surgery no longer works in the clinic, but here are some reasons why I am very unhappy with the whole experience:

– I asked the coordinator multiple times if the results I wanted, were possible to achieve, which the answer was always yes (of course they saw my inspo pics and raw pictures of what I look like)

– ⁠I was told I was in good hands and that the doctors for ethnic nose jobs had a lot of experience and were very qualified, which I find hard to believe

– ⁠I was told the tip of my nose wouldn’t drop (even tho I knew it would, at least a little bit) but it dropped more than expected, even tho I asked the doctor about it multiple times, which he reassured it wouldn’t

– ⁠right before surgery the doctor just felt my nose for a few minutes with his hands, there was never a proper consultation or talk a day prior, which I was expecting because that’s how’s supposed to be

– ⁠before surgery I was trying to communicate with the doctor to explain him what my goals and/or concerns were, which I felt like he didn’t really care or pay attention to. Im aware of the language barrier but a coordinator was there with me, and still my wishes weren’t taken into consideration

– ⁠for the one week recovery and hotel-stay I was given medication to take but afterwards I was given a list via WhatsApp of other medicine to purchase for better healing process and was surprised I had to purchase them all on my own, after they claim the price we pay is all inclusive and includes the medicine we will be needing. They were quite expensive too, over 100€ if I remember correctly.

Of course there are things worth mentioning that I’m grateful for:

– the coordinator I was in contact with via WhatsApp was really kind and super understanding and always available to help me. Communication with her was great

– ⁠I was offered a student’s discount since I wasn’t able to go with the initial price that was mentioned to me, so that’s very nice

– ⁠the hotel choice is amazing, the room, the staff and the food were really enjoyable

Overall I’m just very sad about how it went. Everyone’s experience is different and unfortunately mine was a quite bad one. It’s disappointing to see how they deal with it unsatisfied patients…

Esperienza meravigliosa!

Mi sono affidata alla clinica Cygnus per una rinosettoplastica e devo dire che è stata la scelta migliore. Sin da subito sono stati super disponibili e si sono presi cura di me dal primo istante. Ringrazio tutto il personale della Cygnus, soprattutto il dottore Tayfun, un chirurgo professionale, gentile e molto simpatico. Il risultato ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, anche se il naso è ancora gonfio il risultato è magnifico.

Lo staff ospedaliero super disponibile, professionale e gentile.

Ringrazio tanto anche Ceren e Marta che hanno organizzato tutto e sono state bravissime e molto disponibili.

Ringrazio tutti per la collaborazione, è andata tutto alla grande. Sceglierei questa clinica altre mille volte

Ich empfehle die Cygnus Clinic, da sie wirklich eine der besten ist. Ein großartiges Team, Organisation, Fachwissen – alles, was man an einem Ort braucht. Ich habe eine Septorhinoplastik(plastische Nasenoperation) bei Dr. Tayfun Demirel machen lassen und bin unendlich zufrieden. Ein großes Lob an den Arzt und die Koordinatorin Alisa.

clinica fantastica, pulitissima e con un personale disponibile in qualsiasi momento e a qualsiasi ora. ringrazio infinitamente Leyla per avermi seguita in tutto il mio percorso, qualsiasi mio dubbio, paura o difficoltà lei non mi ha mai mollata, rispondeva ai miei messaggi anche nei giorni di riposo e la sera tardi. ora ho un naso da invidiare…

My experience was nice and smooth from the beginning.

Communication was quick and comforting. My patient coordinator, Berk was the best! He helped me throughout my experience – was there from the beginning and still checks up on me.

Dr Ömer Faruk Koçak is a great surgeon, with a fantastic team! They did an excellent job on me.

My nurses were comforting and attentive – provided the right support and care where needed.

I will definitely go back as a patient again.

I recommend Cygnus to anyone wanting any cosmetic surgeries.

I am on my last evening in Istanbul writing this review after having travelled from Sydney Australia to Turkiye to have rhinoplasty and full mouth zirconium crowns with Cygnus Clinic.

I know how important reviews are because I spent such a long time researching and reading reviews before I chose Cygnus Clinic and know how hard and overwhelming it can feel.

My entire experience with Cygnus has been perfect. I was very scared to have an operation and my teeth done so far from home but I have had the best experience. I had Inna and Martha arranging everything for me for the past months before I arrived and the entire time I’ve been in Istanbul. I have messaged them my fears and concerns and have always received reassuring and informed responses in return. During the trip, I had beautiful Ceren take me to my appointments and make sure everything runs smoothly. All three girls have been available at any time for any concerns and I cannot say a negative word. If you have concerns you are never ignored or left alone these girls are like your mini cheer squad.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff will help you with anything. The hospital is fantastic and the nurses are lovely and will take good care of you.

I had Dr. Sinan Eroğlu perform my rhinoplasty and he is an amazing, TALENTED and funny man who put all my anxiety at ease. My dentist Dr Cemal gave me a complete smile makeover and I had basically no pain and plenty of laughs with him and the dental nurse. I was out and about seeing the beautiful Istanbul the day after my surgery and I have found it a very easy and relaxing experience. You don’t organise anything, a driver will take you to all your appointments and it all feels so easy.

On the day of the cast removal I met 2 other girls – one Italian and one Brazilian and all of us were so happy with our results and our experiences with the Clinic.

My only advise for first timers to Istanbul is to use your translater app, learn a few simple words to fit into the Turkish culture and make sure you use a taxi app like BiTaksi when u go out and about sight seeing and you will have the BEST time.

Turkiye is beautiful the people are beautiful and Cygnus Clinic are amazing.

Ho effettuato un intervento di rinoplastica e mastoplastica addittiva il 12 luglio,il dottor Omer è di una bravura e professionalità indescrivibile,mi ha aiutato anche dopo l’ intervento per qualche dubbio che avevo.anche l’ esperienza in ospedale è stata ottima.

Sono molto soddisfatta di aver realizzato in Turchia il mio intervento.
