From arrival to the airport , all the drivers, the corinatetors , then the surgeons , dentist and doctors was all amazing , I’d name them and thanks them personally but I don’t know there names , the dentistary is exceptional and the results are amazing I would recommend dent spa to any one ,
Ho conosciuto questa clinica tramite Google e parlato subito con il signor Rick, che è un’ora dopo averci parlato. Mi aveva già mandato una macchina sotto casa ed è stato gentile e disponibile la clinica con poco tempo di preavviso mi ha fatto venire e hanno iniziato a lavorare già al primo giorno consiglio a tutti i migliori
Attention le prix quand vous arrivez vas énormément monter et il y a des services dans le prix que vous aller pas voir et non remboursable ex un appareil pour pas claquer des dents autre chose vous pouvez avoir 10 % si vous trouvez un nouveau client pour eux mais ils ne vont pas vous payer parce que il faut se déplacer encore chez eux du coup vous perdez de l’argent je vous conseille pour les Français même les Européens de rester en Europe il y a des cliniques mieux que cette clinique qui n’arrête pas de mentir
I came from the USA to get the smile I wanted and DentSpa did more than fix my smile, I got my confidence back! After 8 years of working with my dentist in the USA and never getting the results I wanted because of root canals and one failed root canal. DentSpa was able to retreat my root canal my dentist in the states did not want to fix, the USA dentist wanted me to get an implant costing more than what I could afford. Coming to DentSpa I got a unique and beautiful trip and dental work all under my estimated quote in the USA. DentSpa was honest and very thorough throughout the entire transaction. The consultants did everything to make me comfortable, the clinic was impeccable, clean, and staff was always welcoming! DentSpa puts their patients first every step of the way, if you have questions someone’s is there to answer them! My dentist who gave me my dream smile was honest and realistic with my results and I can’t thank them enough! Truly amazing experience

Huge thanks to my consultant LEO who was a star, very kind, helpful and honest, also the very friendly Ahmad who is the Guest Experience Specialist, he really knows what he is doing and the beautiful Maggi who was a lovely person to deal with about prices and treatment! The receptionists and the guys from the coffee shop were super friendly and adorable, it was amazing being spoiled everyday! Thanks to the dentists that are very professional and competent!

Still in awe and speechless of my 1st visit for dental treatment I received last September. Very worth the trip from Chicago. Max is the best!! Everyone working there were amazing.. The Doctor and assistant made me comfortable and painless throughout the surgery. Cant wait to go back and chat with my new mate, Max. Highly Recommended.
It was an amazing experience from start to finish with DentSpa. On time pickup from airport to hotel and back and forth to the dental office . The Dr. was very knowledgeable and professional . She explained every detail of the treatment plan and made other recommendations. Thank you Dentspa for a top of the line dental work!!!
En septembre dernier j’étais venus pour pour finaliser la mise en place de mes implants prévus et préparé depuis avril 2024.
Le dentier provisoire qui a été posé s’est cassé avant le rendez vous de septembre.
Aucune assistance nem’a été apportée. J’ai dû trouver d’urgence un dentiste payé à mes frais pour enlever le reste du denier qui pensait dans la bouche
Le service Dentspa care n’a été ni sensible ni d’aucune utilité.
En septembre j’ai été finalisé la mise en place des implants prévus.
Dès le début ça n’allait pas certaines dents étaient très très longues je ne pouvais manger et me mordais en permanence.
Après avoir appelé Assya ils m’ont donné rdv dès le lendemain
Le lendemain ils m’ont presque engueulé parce que le rdv prévu était 2 jours plus tard. Mais ils m’ont pris en charge
Il m’ont limés le dents ven pente vers l’intérieur si bien qu’il y a peine 5 mm de dentition!!!!
C’était mieux que la veille mais c’était pas satisfaisant. Je ne savais pas ce que les dentistes ont fait. Ils m’ont dit qu’il ne fallait pas s’inquiéter et qu’il fallait s’habituer aux nouveaux implants
Dès le premier mois je me suis plaint à Dentspa qui n’a pas voulu m’ecouter. Bien au contraire….
Après 3 mois d’implantation je me mord toujours lèvres et jours
Mes dents claque improptument
Quand je mange les dents se choquent d’un côté alors que les aliments se trouvent de l’autre côté
J’ai comme l’impression Qu’entre mes gencive et le dentier il y a un plein de restes
Je ressens une douleur sur mâchoire bas et haut
Un inconfort total.
Je voulais aussi signaler que lorsque j’ai signaler mon précédent avis Dentspa a répondu par ne pas me connaître et “comprendre ma frustration”
Quand je me suis plaint de cette réponse
On m’a répondu qu’ils étaient désolés mais que c’était un robot qui répondait
Prendre les gens pour des imbéciles ne peux être plus clair.
Comment un robot peut être super positif avec les gens qui sont contents de Dentspa et toujours dire que les gens qui sont désagréable soient inconnus??
Depuis quand les robots peuvent s’exprimer sur des sentiments comme frustration?
Comme le signale Trustpilot un certain nombre d’avis ont été éliminé car faux.
Aussi il convient pour les victimes de faire front.
Car chacun isolé ils peuvent s’amuser et profiter de chacun longtemps
