Je suis venu en ai a la base je ve’ais faire un devis dentaire, j ai eu le contact de dentspa par ma cousine qui a ete tres satisfaite des soins, donc lors de ma visite a istanbul j ai decide de m y rendre pour un rdv de devis j ai pris contact avec la charmante Assya qui est francophone et qui a ete a mes côtés.

J ai ete pris en charge rapidement et j ai ete satisfaite du devis et de mes 1ers consulatations, j’avoue que pour ma visite de controle avant mon depart il y a eu un quiproquo entre ce qur j avais compris qu on allait me faire et ce qu on m’a fait pour la pause d une couronne. Le probleme a ete résolu immédiatement.

Je dois m y rendre pour terminer mes soins.

Les dentistes sont très professionnels ainsi que les assistants et les conseillers commerciaux également.

Je donnerai mon avis lors des prochains soins.

DentSpa!! This is my second review for this amazing clinic. My family and I first visited in September 2023, and we had some dental work done. My mom came for implants, and we were so impressed with the experience that we quickly recommended it to the rest of our family. They joined us for a second visit and received their own treatments. We are very grateful to Zack, who has been incredibly helpful from day one, as well as Mr. Rashid, Dr. Bedir, and Ahmad. While I can only name a few, everyone at DentSpa deserves our appreciation. You’ll definitely want to get your dental work done here—no complaints, only compliments. Thank you again to everyone!

DentSpa is a wonderful treatment center and experience! They coordinated with me easily to book the proper procedures and kept in contact throughout. I was received at the airport and provided full service transfer every appointment day. The treatment plan was explained to me thoroughly by my care coordinators, Mounaim and Rashid, and my doctor. This is the best care I could have hoped for, I would recommend anyone to seek care with DentSpa!

It was very comfortable and pleasant for me to visit this clinic to solve my dental problems. I flew from Canada for this, and I’m glad I chose this clinic. I did implants and zirconium crowns over them. I want to thank the entire clinic team and doctors

I have an extreme fear of dentist and that is the reason my mouth hygiene was in very bad condition, with bone lost, cavity and more bad thing …I made a research online and I finally decided to go to Dentspa clinic following the good reviews.

I have to admit that the day of the first visit I was very nervous and the waiting time was a little too long for me due to the anxiety that kept growing … FAYSAL (my medical coordinator) was very patient went I covered him with my million questions and doubts… then there was SAM that was there offering any kind of reinsurance… ready for any request going from blankets tea coffe … calling your driver .. very diligent!!!

I got my treatments … because of my fear I paid extra money to get sedation… money very well spent … I didn’t feel any pain at all (unfortunately when the sedation wore off there was a little pain but manageable with pain killer… )

Now I’m back in the US waiting for the 4 months healing time …

Can’t wait to go and finish this needed procedure that was doable with the help of ALI my first contact … he always been very attentive before and during the procedures … he perfectly organized all the transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the clinic and back …yes there was a discrepancy from the price announced to the one to be paid but as Ali said pictures can’t reveal exactly everything!!!

Hi, I had my teeth done back in May. The first appointment was in January. At the first appointment, I was so impressed with the clinic, and staff… Attention. Everything was perfect. Was looking forward to my next and final appointment. I arrived at the clinic and treatment started straight away (I got 6 implants). This time I was lacking in communication. Nobody explained what was going to be done, just went from one room to another. I wouldn’t say that procedure was painless. It wasn’t – for me – it was painful, but it’s ok. I understand all of us are different and react to pain differently. I was crying like a baby After my crowns were fitted by a lovely doctor (sorry didn’t get her name, but she was lovely, caring, and careful. She asked several times if I was ok, even though the procedure wasn’t painful) she explain to me how to look after them, wished me luck and kindly asked to wait I waiting room. From there the driver took us home. I thought that I would return to the clinic for a final assessment. But – no. I texted the next day to ask – do I had another appointment and got a reply that is all done. He asked – am I happy with my teeth. And that’s it! That’s a bit cold!!! It felt like they just didn’t care.

Devis triplé par rapport à celui donné sur internet en m’assurant qu’il est calculé au plus juste je me suis assurée auprès du commercial qui m’a soutenu que le prix resterai le même

Clinique très propre de luxe mais c’est juste de l’apparat

Les évaluations positives ne sont que pour de l’apparence pas pour de la chirurgie fine

Devis fait avec une marque d’implant allemand mais ceux posés était d’une marque Turc c’est la grosse erreur qu’ils ont fait car maintenant je suis condamné à venir en Turquie me faire soigner

Rdv pris pour 14h passée uniquement à 19h jusque 23h!!!! J’aurais du fuir Une boucherie

Dentier provisoire désastreux impossible de fermer la bouche

Après une plainte auprès de la direction je dois revenir trois mois plus tard pour le provisoire

Résultat tout autant catastrophique impossible de fermer la mâchoire on ose me dire c’est normal la photo c’est après le deuxième voyage donc après l’inflammation

Après des pourparlers avec la direction on me dit de faire le provisoire en France et de leur donner la facture

Chose que je fais sans avoir un écrit mais bizarrement personne ne s’en rappel et me refuse simplement le remboursement

et on me demande de revenir une 3eme fois en me proposant de me payer l’hôtel avec un accompagnant

Bien sûr je refuse qu’ils retouche de près ou de loin à ma bouche

J’ai toute les photos pour ceux qui ont un doute

Après des recherches je trouve le mail du directeur et même discours il faut revenir

Ce n’est qu’une bande d’escrocs

Au final c’est un très très bon chirurgien dentiste locale sur kadikoy le Dr KARA qui a accepté ma prise en charge et qui m’a reparé toutes leurs grave erreurs car bien sûr il y avait des implants qui n’ont pas tenus

Ce n’est pas tous les chirurgiens qui acceptent de passer derrière le travail d’un autre

Je suis prête à former un collectif car je sais que je ne suis pas la seule

DentSpa est juste est une vitrine avec de très bons commerciaux mais la prothésiste est incompétente et l’erreur sur la marque des implants m’oblige à devoir toujours revenir en Turquie en cas de problème

J’y ai laissé des larmes du temps de l’argent et aucun moyen de me défendre

My family LOVES Dentspa! We have returned to Turkey for all our dental needs since we first came in October 2021. My parent’s teeth have never looked better, boosting their confidence and they cannot stop smiling

The hospitality is amazing they’ll take care of your needs whilst you’re in the dental clinic, need a ride from the airport to your hotel? They got you covered 🙂 Everyone is super friendly and so sweet, my parents celebrated their anniversary whilst on our trip and they were surprised with a delicious cake and beautiful flowers!

I cannot begin to put to words how thankful we are to have chosen Dentspa – they are more than a dental clinic, they become a part of your family

Quality of care is perfect, the procedures are done by professionals who explain everything beforehand, the communication is important and they make sure you understand everything. We have received discounts on treatments as returning patients, we felt that our concerns were heard and they worked around making sure we were happy every step of the way!
