Dentfix Turkey Review

Ich würde mich im Nachhinein nicht mehr für die Behandlung in der Türkei entscheiden aufgrund der jetzigen negativen medizinischen Situation, die an mein Gebiss nun besteht.

Anfang letzten Jahres habe ich beschlossen in die Türkei zu fliegen um mir Veneers machen zu lassen, da ich mit meinen Zähnen absolut nicht zufrieden war. Ich kontaktieren einige Anbieter und blieb bei dentfix hängen. Diese Firma hat für mich den kompetentesten Eindruck gemacht. Ich wurde von Anfang bis Ende in deutscher Sprache freundlich beraten. Ende April war es dann soweit und ich flog nach Istanbul. Bei der ersten Untersuchung hat man mir gesagt, dass Veneers für mich nicht in Frage kämen, da ich mit den Zähnen knirsche. Bisher wusste ich davon nichts. Man sagte mir, alternativ kann man alle Zähne verkronen. Das Ergebnis und der Preis wären gleich. Da ich bereits von Deutschland aus Fotos von meinem Gebiss eingereicht hatte, war nur von 4 verkronten Zähnen die Rede. Es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, mir dass vorher zu sagen. Dennoch entschied ich mich dann, alle Zähne verkronen zu lassen. Die Zähne wurden abgeschliffen und ein Provisorium, was leider mehrfach raus fiel, wurde eingesetzt. Nachdem ich mich dann für die Zahnfarbe entschieden habe, wurden die Kronen hergestellt und eingesetzt. Ich war von dem Ergebnis sehr überzeugt, da es sehr ästhetisch aussah und meinen Vorstellungen entsprach.

Nach ein Paar Monaten ging ich zum Zahnarzt in Deutschland. Er war zwar von dem ästhetischen Aspekt überzeugt, allerdings nicht von der medizinischen Sicht (der Sitz der Kronen). Er sagte, da die Kronenränder massiv das Zahnfleisch reizen, habe ich überall eine Zahnfleischentzündung mit Zahnfleisch bluten. Ferner wären sehr viel Lücken, so dass Essensreste unter die Kronen kommen, was man mit normalen Zähne putzen nicht wegbekommt. Ausserdem hat er anhand der Röntgenbilder festgestellt, dass eine Wurzelkanalbehandlung gemacht wurde, die an dem betroffenen Zahn nicht notwendig war.

Im Auftrag meiner Krankenkasse bin ich dann zu einem Zahnarzt- Gutachter gegangen. Er schaute sich alle Kronen an und meinte, der Sitz dieser Kronen ist Katastrophal. Er rät dringend, alle Kronen durch neue Kronen mit korrektem Sitz zu ersetzen. Er sagte, er hätte viele gute Ergebnisse aus der Türkei gesehen, aber leider nicht diese Arbeit.

Da ich zwar eine Gewährleistung bei dentfix habe, habe ich mich dennoch gegen eine Korrektur bei dentfix entschieden, da ich leider absolut kein Vertrauen mehr habe. Durch meine Zahnzusatzversicherung in Deutschland und der Krankenkasse wird ein Großteil der neuen Kosten übernommen. Ich wüsste nicht, was ich gemacht hätte, wenn ich keine Kostenzusage erhalten hätte., da die Nachbesserung hier in Deutschland über 25.000,00 Euro kostet. Daher empfehle ich jeden Interessenten, sich vor dem Eingriff auch Gedanken über evtl. Risiken und Nachfolgen zu machen, und nicht nur auf die positiven Bewertungen und Social Media Beiträgen, die direkt nach der Behandlung stattfinden, zu schauen.

Ich war 2023 dort in Behandlung war auch sehr zufrieden. Ich bekam keine Implantate sondern Prothesen für die ich für den besseren Halt kleine Ringe brauche. Ein paar Ringe bekam ich mit. Als die zu Ende gingen wandte ich mich an den damaligen Dolmetscher Yavuz der hat zuerst gar nicht reagiert dann gesagt er kümmert sich darum. Es tat sich nichts. Mittlerweile ist er nicht mehr an der Klinik. Ich habe der Klinik in Istanbul eine Mail geschickt und um Ringe gebeten beziehungsweise um eine Adresse wo ich sie kaufen kann. Das ist auch schon einige Wochen her und die Klinik hat bis jetzt nicht geantwortet.ohne die Ringe sitzt die Prothese sehr locker. Ich habe Probleme beim Essen, reden, lachen. Gehe kaum noch unter Leute. Durch die Erfahrung kann ich die Klinik nicht mehr empfehlen. Das Datum habe ich wahllos gesetzt da es sich ja über fast das ganze Jahr 2024 bis heute hinzieht wo man mich hängen lässt.

I paid over €4000 only to endure two months of pain, develop bruxism, and receive confirmation from my dentist that it was caused by poorly made crowns and incorrect occlusion. My teeth looked like bricks, and I cried. I had to get my teeth redone at another clinic. No pain, no problems anymore. Never again Dentfix.

4000€’dan fazla ödedim ve bunun karşılığında 2 ay boyunca acı çektim, bruksizm geliştirdim ve diş hekimimden bunun kötü yapılmış kronlar ve yanlış kapanıştan kaynaklandığını öğrendim. Dişlerim tuğla gibi görünüyordu ve ağladım. Dişlerimi başka bir klinikte tekrar yaptırdım. Artık ne acı var ne de sorun. Bir daha asla Dentfix!

I am from the UK and I would now consider Dentfix my forever dentist, simply a fantastic choice of dentist! My second visit here of which was my choice as i had two separate lots of dentistry applied to my smile both visits being fantastic! Hotel/accommodation

Great, no problems with the hotel at all, breakfast included is a great addition and very much welcomed, in fact this will save you money throughout the week, whilst getting you ready for your daily appointments. Staff, helpful as they can be but if you decide to “keep yourself to yourself” then this is also okay also

Excellent Value for money, consider what is included whilst also considering the price that such work, organisation and effort would cost within the UK? yep that’s right it’s way too expensive with the UK not to mention the number of visits that to would require a full smile makeover would simply not be a affordable option within the UK but a visit to Dentfix you can have this done within a 7 day visit, this includes lots d down time for a bit of tourism “what more could you ask for” and to end the trip your going home with a smile that you have dreamt of !!!

I was charged for my hotel. 490 euros. So. Don’t believe them when they say hotel is free. Very misleading and underhand .I had a reaction to the injections severe stomach cramps. No help was offered
