Cygnus Clinic Review

Sono stata in questa clinica consigliata da persone affidabili e devo dire tutto perfetto! Dall’inizio fino alla fine, Riccardo mio traduttore molto disponibile nel suo lavoro come il Dr. Ömer Faruk bravissimo e delicato. Consiglio vivamente la Cygnus a tutti!

Everything from the nurses, the surgeon and his team, plus the patient coordinators, was fantastic.

But what has impressed me the most is the after care service. Always available to chat and answer the millions of questions I have!

Le infermiere bravissime!!! E soprattutto il medico. Grazie ho fatto l’intervento il 7 gennaio, quindi sono passati quasi 2 mesi e sto benissimo. Non vedo l’ora siano passati 12 mesi così vedo il risultato definitivo.

Mi sono sottoposto ad un intervento di mastopessi senza protesi e cat eyes, il risultato è eccellente esattamente come lo sognavo, nella clinica mi sono sentita accudita al coccolato al 100%, personale eccellente e molto empatico. La tradutrice Yagmur gentilissima e sempre disponibile

Consiglio assolutamente la clinica!

Mi sono affidata a Cygnus clinic per la mia rinosettolplastica, inizialmente ero molto scettica di andare in un altro paese a fare una operazione (venendo dall’Italia) , avevo paura che qualcosa andasse storto o che qualcosa non fosse poi realmente come mi era stato descritto. Invece mi sono trovata da dieci sia con la clinica che con il dottore, avevo una persona di riferimento che mi faceva da traduttore e che era disponibile a qualsiasi ora per ogni esigenza (Riccardo) ed è stato super bravo e soprattutto paziente per le mille domande che gli facevo. Ringrazio tutti perché ad oggi (3 settimane circa dal mio intervento) mi sento già di poter dire che grazie a loro sono rinata ! Lo consiglierei a chiunque .

Esperienza eccellente

Cygnus Clinic è una clinica eccellente in cui lavorano persone competenti, ognuna nella propria mansione. Sono stata molto soddisfatta dell’ intervento e non ho avuto dolori post operazione, sono stata bene fin da subito. Lo staff mi ha seguita in tutto il percorso, sia prima che in fase di convalescenza. Consiglio

Before my payment was taken they pretend to reassure you and answer your questions but the second the payment is taken they don’t care, I showed at least 4 different people what I wanted and none of them took anything into consideration. I made it very clear that I wanted an hourglass figure with my hip dips filler but they were never filled to begin with!!! On the day I showed the nurse and doctor images of what I wanted however the doctor didn’t speak English which is fine but I did tell the nurse to tell him, after my surgery was complete I was in a lot of pain which I think is normal and the nurses at the hospital looked after me although my retainers were lost by them and I received no compensation for them even though they were the ones who placed them somewhere and I was being blamed for that? I was told I’ll be staying at the hospital for 2 nights but only stayed one when I said I don’t think I’m okay to leave just yet they basically forced me to leave saying they’re not open on a Sunday? I was in a very critical condition and they did not care!!! Anyway on the day of the surgery when I woke up I was immediately disappointed and realised my hip dips were never filled and I did message them but they said they advised me to wait and I did however 2 months gone by and there is still no change in my hips. I complained but they instead blamed me for not having a lymphatic massage while I was there which is odd because I did have many in my own country and that has nothing to do with hips? The truth is they were never filled to begin with, to add onto this one side is lumpy and scarred and there is less fat making my buttocks uneven. I have a huge scar on my stomach which has made me even more insecure I can’t even wear crop tops anymore. Taking all information into consideration I attempted a chargeback but didn’t provide evidence while doing it and will be trying again with my bank since I’m being ignored by the company on WhatsApp. They’re greedy and hungry for money they don’t care about their customers considering I was there alone at 20 they didn’t care one bit. I’m so so upset I should be done more research before booking with them.

Nell’insieme è stata un’ottima esperienza a partire dall’operazione, alla disponibilità delle infermiere della clinica. L’unica nota negativa è stato il primo hotel (Sundance) in cui ci hanno fatto alloggiare, che era fuori da il centro in mezzo a superstrade, Per spostarti, devi usare solamente taxi o uber, quindi bisogna per forza mangiare o rimanere nell’hotel per tutta la settimana, a meno che non si vogliano spendere 30/40€ per ogni corsa.
