Be aware of this clinicexpert I had very bad experience
This clinic is a ripoff,be aware they steal your money and don’t honor the warranty.I had to go 4 times to fix my teeth and same problem all the time and they charged me for emax teeth and put for me zircon,even the certificate said I PAID FOR EMAX they put me cheap materials and when I confronted them with the certificate they said we made a mistake.Dr Aleef is the worse dr I ever seen,she is stubborn and don’t know what she is doing,I told her I feel pin on my tooth she said no ,she fix same tooth 3 times and same problem the tooth keeps getting worse.Consultant Mohammad Zammar was helping at the beginning but when I start asking about the warranty he was not helping at all until he stopped answering my phone calls and messages,he made me pay 3 times for the same problem that they messed up.When I first finished my teeth I gave this clinic 5 stars but when after few days I started to get problems and I am taking the 5stars away and giving them one star.I don’t recommend this clinic,I finally had to go to redo all my teeth at Medico clinic and they finally fixed it for me . Clinic expert is the worse clinic in service,not professional,scammers,they only care about money and never care about patient.Prices are too high and results are bad,please be careful and don’t use scammers like clinic expert.
Clinicexpert’te 25.12.2023 tarihinde saç ekimi yaptırdım ve tam anlamıyla BÜYÜK BİR HAYAL KIRIKLIĞINA uğradım! Aradan 14 aydan fazla zaman geçti ama saçlarım ameliyattan önce nasılsa, şu an da aynen öyle! Tek bir fark bile yok! 4550 greft ekildiğini söylüyorlar, ama ortada hiçbir sonuç yok! Bu resmen bir aldatmaca!
01.08.2024 tarihinde saat 14:30’da kontrole gittim. Doktor, bunun normal olduğunu, ekilen saçların çıkacağını ve doğal saçlarımın döküldüğünü söyledi. Bu düpedüz yalan! Saç ekimi yaptıran herkes bilir ki, bir yılın sonunda nihai sonuç alınmış olur. Başka bir kliniğe danıştım ve onlar da bu açıklamanın tamamen yanlış olduğunu söylediler.
Öncesi-sonrası fotoğraflarımı ekledim, gerçek ortada! Ya da daha doğrusu, hiçbir değişiklik yok! Çevremdekiler bile bana saç ekimi yaptırıp yaptırmadığımı soruyor, çünkü hiçbir fark göremiyorlar! Dalga konusu oldum!
Klinik tarafından verilen sertifikada, ekilen saçların çıkacağı ve bir yıl içinde tam sonuç alınacağı yazıyor. Bu tamamen yalan çıktı! Bu kadar para verip, bu kadar acıya katlandım ve sonuç? SIFIR!
Bu süreç beni psikolojik olarak da mahvetti! Aylarca sabrettim, umut ettim ama sonuç elde edemedim. Kendime olan güvenimi bile etkiledi. Böyle bir hayal kırıklığını kimse yaşamak zorunda kalmamalı!
Clinicexpert tam bir fiyasko! Burada saç ekimi yaptırmayı düşünen herkes, paralarını çöpe atmak istemiyorsa başka bir klinik bulsun! Yoksa benim gibi kandırılırsınız!
I had a hair transplant at Clinicexpert on 25.12.2023, and it turned out to be a COMPLETE DISASTER! More than 14 months have passed, and my hair looks exactly the same as before the operation! Not a single visible difference! They claimed to have transplanted 4550 grafts, but the results are nonexistent! This is a total scam!
I went for a check-up on 01.08.2024 at 14:30, and the doctor told me this was normal, saying that the transplanted hairs were still growing and my natural hairs had fallen out. This is a blatant lie! Anyone who has had a hair transplant knows that after a year, the final result should be visible. I consulted another clinic, and they confirmed that what the doctor said was completely false!
I have included before-and-after pictures, and the truth is clear! Or rather, there is no difference at all! Even people around me ask if I even had a hair transplant because they see no change whatsoever! I have become a laughingstock!
The certificate provided by the clinic states that the transplanted hair would grow and reach its final result within one year. This was a complete LIE! I paid a lot of money, went through all the pain, and for what? NOTHING!
This entire experience has also destroyed me psychologically! I waited patiently, I had high hopes, and I received absolutely no results. It has even affected my confidence. Nobody should have to go through this kind of disappointment!
Clinicexpert is a complete FAILURE! If you are thinking about getting a hair transplant here, save your money and go to a trustworthy clinic! Otherwise, you will be scammed just like me!
Absolutely unprofessional service from the whole CE team. They answer until it’s convenient for them, once you have some questions after the surgery they ignore your calls and messages.
Had my 2 procedures scheduled with one doctor, last second turned out I’ll be operating by different person whos services I clearly rejected few months prior and been apparently assigned to the one I wanted.
The day after my post surgery consultation (lasting no longer than 2’ including just change of bandages) I’m being ignored because the results I’m just seeing are from what was agreed before.
Absolutely jokes. Please don’t go there no matter how unhappy you are with your appearance. It’s not going to do you any good.
J’ai fait des implants lundi 17/02/25 et a part l’opération et les medecins tout le reste est catastrophique
On m’avait communique un planning afin que je puisse honorer des rdv professionnels mais j’ai du tout annuler car a la veille de l’opération le planning a totalement été modifié sans demander mon consentement évidemment
Ensuite on me dit que je dois arreter de manger a partir de minuit pour la prise de sang sauf que j’ai ete pris en charge a 17h et j’ai eu ma collation a 19h!!!! Sois 19h à jeun et bien évidemment ma tension etait haute et les medecins s’inquiétaient du fait qu’ils n’arrivaient pas a la faire descendre
Suite a l’opération je prends les médicaments qu’on m’a donne a la sortie de l’hôpital a 2h du matin avec une ordonnance écrite en russe
Je contacte la personne qui me suit depuis le début car les antibiotiques me donnent des bouffes de chaleur et des sensations de démangeaisons. La réponse est de demander le jour du rinçage l’avis des médecins.
Bien évidemment le jour du rinçage je ne rencontre aucun médecins ni la personne qui était cense m’accueillir afin de discuter de tout ces problèmes ( la responsable des referents soi disant)
Suite a cela on me propose un geste commercial pour les lotions que je prends pour 6 mois et la on me dit que je vais aller a la clinique les recuperer puis encore un changement on me dit que je dois les recevoir a l’hôtel avant mon départ qui est demain ( j’attends impatiemment les lotions et vitamines que j’ai paye mais j’y crois pas vraiment)
En bref j’ai l’impression d’avoir ete un colis et aucun retour de qui que ce soit concernant la video montrant la façon de se faire les soins…
En bref le service commercial et de planification je n’ai pas de mots pour les décrire je pense que nous sommes juste des clients et non des patients et je ne ferai jamais la pub de cette clinique a qui que ce soit!!! Etant turc d’origine tout cela m’attriste au plus haut point, moi qui a toujours fait l’éloge de l’accueil de mon pays de coeur
J’ai parle plusieurs fois de ces problèmes a plusieurs référents qui devaient remonter l’information mais j’ai plus l’impression d’avoir ete pris pour une dinde donc je me sens obligé de tout relater ici hélas
J’aimerais vraiment recevoir mes produits manquants avant mon départ et la video de soin car les explications sont trop approximative ( different son de cloche selon les médecins et les référents)

Non sanno ciò che fanno!!!
Ho chiesto per un’intervento. Mi è stata inviata anche la proposta e quando ho chiesto di aggiungere delle specifiche sul contratto, insistendo, l’operatore ha poi verificato la mia idoneità, cosa che aveva detto di aver fatto, ed invece ritratta dicendo che non ero più idonea. Mi avrebbe fatto venire ad Istanbul per niente.
