Vitrin Clinic is a terrible place—completely disorganized and chaotic. You can’t trust anything, and it feels like their only goal is to take more money from you.
I traveled to Istanbul with my friend, and everything went wrong. We had written promises that the hotel, flights, and even a companion were included for free. Of course, it was all a lie. When we arrived at the airport, there was no driver as promised. None of the phone numbers Vitrin gave us worked, and no one from the staff answered. After waiting for hours, a driver finally came—only to take us to the wrong hotel.
Vitrin Clinic does not respect its customers enough to keep appointments on time. Every single appointment was at least an hour late, and sometimes they made us wait for six hours for nothing. They send the next day’s schedule as late as 11 PM, so you can’t relax or even sleep properly.
The staff is dishonest, smiling to your face while lying. They don’t stick to the agreed prices, and you keep getting surprise charges of hundreds of euros. To them, customers are just walking wallets—easy to manipulate and scam after your teeth have already been taken.
The whole experience was full of false promises and chaos. Too many people were involved, and no one knew what the others had promised. I deeply regret ever getting involved with this place. Be smarter than me and stay away.

Suomalaisena tätä kokemusta ei voi suositella hyvällä tahdollakaan. Koko ajan keksittiin tekosyitä millä saatiin veloitettua lisää. Nämä tekevät aivan selväksi, etteivät luota asiakkaaseen ja sen takia kaikki toimenpiteet pitää maksaa etukäteen!! Hinta tuplaantui siitä, mitä luvattiin. Pahin virhe oli ottaa tälläinen paketti. Olisi pitänyt mennä paljon pienemmälle klinikalle, missä olisi saanut edes jotain henkilökohtaista hoitoa. Odotuttaminen on suorastaan törkeää. Joka päivä ollaan myöhässä, eikä anneta edes toimivaa puhelinnumeroa! Kukaan ei ota vastuuta, eikä ketään kiinnosta. Ongelma on aina asiakkaassa ja se korjataan vaatimalla lisää rahaa.
Menkää jonnekkin muualle hoitoon, tämä ei ole oikea paikka saada edes siedettävää ihmisarvoista hoitoa.

Bonjour à tous, je vous partage donc mon expérience ultra positive à Vitrin Clinic. Ma première phase a eu lieu en octobre 2024 pour arrachage de 4 dents et implants en vue de les remplacer 3 mois plus tard. Tout c’est passé au mieux sans douleur! En fevrier me voilà de retour pour la pose des dents avec en plus les couronnes pour refaire mon sourire, total 29 couronnes! Tout à été fait avec grand soin, sans douleur et beaucoup de patience et gentillesse, incroyable! Je ne peux que vous recommander cette clinique qui a tous les spécialistes nécessaire à chaque étape. Katrin et Mamadou m’ont suivi de près durant toutes les étapes avec beaucoup de gentillesse, mon prothésiste et son assistante était super et réconfortants et avec professionnalisme! Franchement je vous invite à ne pas hésiter, merci Vitrin Clinic

They were very welcoming,and the surroundings were beautiful and clean,so modern.
The staff ,very friendly
Now,the doctors who worked on me
Right away,put me at ease answered all my questions and concerns
The head doctor explained the procedure

I could see and feel him , taking his time to
To get every thing just right…..
And then each day the follow up to check on the results,the details
Just gave me so much confidence that I had made the right decisions

Доброго дня хочу подякувати лікарям ,медичному персоналу,перекладачам,всім хто організовує приїзд і перебування в клініці,все було організовано дуже добре хоча були і недоліки ,але організатори швидко виправили рекомендую Vitrin clinic
Пока я прошел первый этап лечения .
И мне все нравится.
До полного выздоровления еще 6 месяцев .
Буду ждать
From getting off the plane to getting all the treatment I couldn’t fault anything.
I have had a phobia of dentists all my life hence the reason I needed so much work, but all the doctors and support staff put me at ease and my treatment was painless through out, obviously there was a little pain afterwards but not during the treatments 3 root canals, 2 extractions, 22 crowns and bone graff.
The hotel was excellent, transport to appointments and back all provided also they take you to get your prescriptions and the driver came in to pharmacy to help.
I paid a fraction of the price I would pay in UK and got great Teath and great service, highly recommend this clinic
Avoid Vitrin Clinic – Unprofessional and Dishonest
I traveled from Australia to Turkey to get crowns done at Vitrin Clinic, and it has been a complete nightmare. My teeth have moved, leaving noticeable gaps, and their work was far from professional.
The aftercare was chaotic, I was passed around between multiple different staff members, each giving me conflicting advice. It was impossible to get a clear answer or proper support.
On top of that, I have screenshots, messages, and voice recordings proving that they initially promised to cover my accommodation and transfers. However, without informing me, the company was sold, and now they are refusing to honour their agreement, leaving me to cover the costs myself.
Their Google reviews are clearly fake, and I would strongly warn anyone against going here. If you’re considering them, feel free to message me. I’ll gladly share the real truth about Vitrin Clinic.
Bonjour très mauvaise expérience je ne recommande pas du tous je me suis laisser convaincre seulement pour les avis mais ceux ci sont factices,une fois sur place je me suis rendu compte que c’est eux qui vous force pratiquement a écrire un avis, n’hésiter pas a demandé les c.v des dentistes la plupart on seulement 1 ans d’expérience,les prix avant de venir et une fois sur place changent ,faite bien attention que lorsq’il vous fixe les prix qu’il note bien transport et hôtel pour la 2 ème visite sinon il vont en profiter pour vous faire augmenter le prix , interprète Catherine qui ne sert strictement a rien elle interprète seulement ce qu’elle a envie d’interpréter,le service garantie ne sert a rien en cas de problème…de la poudre aux yeux ,c’est pour moi une mauvaise expérience mauvais travail je ne recommande pas il cherche simplement l’argent organisation mafieuses
Посещение клиники понравилось .
3 месяца назад удалили все зубы и установили 14 имплантов . Сделали синус лифтинг и все это время был без зубов .
В этот приезд заменили 2 импланта (сказали что из за особенности моего лечения ) все бесплатно .
Теперь жду временную не съемную конструкцию . Обещали на этой неделе .
Персонал отзывчивый .и приятный в общении.
