My Hair Transplant Experience at Turkeyana Clinic
I recently underwent a hair transplant at Turkeyana Clinic, completed in two sessions, and overall, I’m impressed with the professionalism and care provided by the clinic.
Pick-up and Drop-off Service:
The clinic offers a smooth pick-up and drop-off service. While the drivers were polite and accommodating, the language barrier (limited English) was noticeable, but it didn’t hinder the service much since Turkish is their native language, and they still made an effort to communicate.
Surgery Team and Staff:
The surgery team was highly professional, including Zehra, Vesiye, Hafidha, Oumama, Ilayda, and Ismail (the translator). My consultant Raghad, who was in touch with me throughout, was extremely helpful and professional. Although the English communication wasn’t always perfect, the staff tried their best, and I felt well looked after. Their dedication and expertise were evident throughout the process.
Clinic Environment:
The clinic itself is large, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team was consistently at work, ensuring that the facility stayed spotless, which adds a sense of comfort to the experience.
انا بدي احكي رأيي بكل صراحة كنت من اسبوعين بمركز تركيانا وعملت ٣ عمليات عندهم زراعة شعر وتكبير صدر وتجميل انف وكانت بصراحة التجربة كتير رائعة بكل شي والله كنت خايفة كتير وضايعة بس وقت رحت افحص ب تركيانا حسيت براحة نفسية فظيعة وكل شي كان مريح الكادر الصبايا والشباب والمترجمين والمواصلات وبعد العمليات كمان كانت المتابعة ممتازة ويردو عليي ب كل الاوقات لهيك بنصح يلي يجي ع تركيا بغرض التجميل والعلاج يجي ع تركيانا وما يدخل ب دوامة الدكاترة والمراكز التانيين يلي همهم الفلوس وبس هي عم احكي من تجربة من قلب الحدث وحسيت لازم تجربتي
I do not recommend, for me it was a scam and I regret the decision I made.A year ago I chose the Turkeyana clinic. Everything is fine and dandy until you get to their clinic, there I had the surprise that on their recommendation it is good to do surgery plus stem cells and the treatment on 3 months. The costs are clearly doubled compared to what we had discussed on the phone. I received a guarantee certificate of the operation today, I contacted them to tell them that I have less hair than I had before of transplantation.Their answer is that the operation is 100% successful. But I can get a discount if I want one more try. IT IS A FRAUD AND A BIG SCAM

It was perfect medical experience, cooperative, commitment, I was provided with all the necessary and accurate information from the moment I entered the center until after full recovery. Professionalism in work and the results were satisfactory. So far they deserve five stars.
SCAM
I had a hair transplant a year ago. Turkeyana also convinced me to undergo a stem cell treatment where they extracted tissue from behind my ear, centrifuged it, and injected it into my scalp. According to them, this treatment was supposed to guarantee that existing healthy hair would not fall out. Now, one year later, I can confirm that I am losing a significant amount of hair daily. The company is a scam; they deceive you into paying for additional treatments that simply do not work. Stay away from anything involving “stem cell treatments.” It’s just an extra expense and costs almost the same as a regular hair transplant.
The whole journey of my hair transplant was great with Zawer and Ismail who support from the booking to the point of reaching my hotel. Great staff with great sense of professionalism.
