I decided a some time back that I needed to restore my teeth due to years of clenching and grinding. They were so worn down and getting worse.

I did a lot of research and took my time deciding on Prime Clinic. I didn’t know anyone who had been there before but all the reviews on Trust Pilot, What Clinic and Google were top notch so I contacted them.

Pelin, my patient coordinator, was very prompt. I sent pics of my teeth and what I’d hoped to achieve, then she set to work with Dr Ersin Arican to create a plan based on my budget and time frame. I was happy to go with it and booked my flight for 3 months later.

I am a woman travelling alone to a country I’ve never been to so I was nervous. Pelin arranged everything from the airport transfers to the hotel and of course my stay at the hotel – which is a 5 min walk away from the clinic -and it’s beautiful btw.

From the very first appointment, they set to work. X-rays, scans and then the full prep for my crowns. Everyday there was much to do. I was so well looked after by everyone. I knew I was in safe hands.

The work was uncomfortable at times (it’s never comfortable keeping your mouth open for long periods) but completely painless. I was sent home with good pain killers should I need them (as I had 2 root canals) but I had no pain.

The result has completely exceeded my expectations – I’m delighted with myself and want to thank all the staff at Prime Clinic for their professionalism, particularly Dr Ersin Arican for his lovely kind approach and his meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent service from start to finish, staff friendly, and professional, Communication very good from agent, the dental clinic is immaculate, very clean, I am very happy with my teeth I have found a new confidence I never had , I was actually going for deep clean and whitening and came out with laminate veneers … happy customer would definitely recommend

My full treatment was pain free from start to finish,the staff where very friendly and made you welcome,it was only a 5 minute walk from the hotel,if you want the best teeth go to clinic prime istanbul.

I found clinic prime Istanbul dental through google and I requested to be contacted. Immediately I got a reply from Ela, one of the employee. She was amazing, very polite and helpful. All my questions were answered regarding the implant. So I decided to go ahead because the plan and budget she offered suited me well, and i found it very reasonable too. Ela, arranged a taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel, and the hotel she arranged was very close to the clinic, it was like 7 mins walk… This made my entire journey easy and well planned by her. I am very grateful, pleased and thankful to Ela for the support I received.

Not to forget the entire dental staff at Clinic prime Istanbul are amazing.

Had 20 E-Max crowns fitted and couldn’t be happier with the results. They respond within minutes to any questions during my stay and sorted the hotel and all transfers to and from the airport and to appointments. I would recommend.

I had my first treatment of full mouth implants in feb 2024 and returned in sept for final crowns …my implants had bonded too well into my gum bone which made extra work for the dentist yet they did it without any extra cost.Im so happy with my perfect white smile and my teeth look so natural.that people think theyre my own teeth. If anyones thinking to get teeth done I would highly recommend clinic prime …excellent dentist..very clean clinic and wonderful translator mr onur who was a great help in relaying my queries regarding my treatment. Well done clinic prime !!!

My partner had been attended by Dr. Egin and I have been attended by Dr. Alp. Both of them was amazing by explaining us all the procedures before interventions was performed. I am quite anxious pacient but I can say I have not felt any pains during procedures. Also nursing staff was so very kind and attentive with both of us. I also wanted to say a big thank you to Ela who coordonate everything from beginning to the end, this women is amazing and dealt with everything in regards hotel, airport transfers, explained everything to us, so pacient.
