Pro Estetik Dental Clinic - Selim Bilgin Review

My original review on Prof. Bilgin was a glowing review 5 stars.

But when I returned home I noticed a lump near one of my molars I presumed it was one of the implants just positioned slightly awry.

I found out in January 2025 from dental xray in Ireland that one implant had impacted on my molar causing the infection.

But I had returned to Bilgin’s practice in Dec.2024 because the prosthesis the clinic fitted was loose, when they removed the prosthesis it had caused my gum to inflame and all abutments had lost their shine and were a dark brown colour.

At the same time I asked if there was an infection in my molar and the random dentist examining me said there was and if I wanted it treated I would have to come back for 10 days but at that time he never stated that the implant had impacted my molar and caused the infection, even though it would have been seen clearly on their 3d xray.

In conclusion- the impact on my molar by the implant being screwed into it would have been seen on the 3d dental xray initially and should have been rectified.

And I would question the material in the abutments holding the new prosthesis/veneers in place.

If I could give more stars I would, every single member of the team made me feel special like nothing was too much.

I arrived with what I can only describe as a train wreck of teeth, I held little hope I would smile confidently again, the team alayed my fears and after consultation, scans, xrays a treatment plan was offered, infact several, and time given for me to assess and decide.

It was a long journey but one that has been 100% worth it, I’m smiling confidently, and love my new look, honestly can’t thank the whole team enough, their care is 2nd to none, amazing service, amazing team, amazing experience, highly recommended.

What can I say from start to finish the service I received has been outstanding,from the first WhatsApp message to Mustafa who explained what treatment I would need and the process I would have to go through to pricing was outstanding.

On my arrival I was welcomed at the airport and taken to the beautiful hotel and was sent a WhatsApp to welcome me,

I was sent a message to lete know what time the driver would pick me up on every dental visit.

When arriving to the dental centre I was welcomed on every visit and the dentist always explained what was going to happen and made sure I was comfortable and made to feel at ease,I was made to feel like part of the family and was always shown care and compassion at every stage of my treatment.

I was always asked if I was ok and if I needed them to stop they did.

After treatment days I would get a message to make sure all was ok and always asked if I needed anything.

Mustafa was always on the end of the phone and I am truly grateful for this.

Got a bridge and crowns done top and bottom in March 2024, it’s been 11 months since then and the results are amazing. There was some pain/discomfort for the first 2 to 3 weeks but was manageable with painkillers. There have been 0 issues since then and I’m more than happy with the results and for such great prices too. Highly highly recommend proestetik for any dental needs you have
