The clinic is of highest standard. Clean, efficient and warm, caring staff members.

The food is delicious and portions are enough. The clinic feels like some 5star hotel. Very beautiful. I read the reviews of the post surgery nursing support staff in turkey not caring and empathetic enough. I must say, except for some little mishap (involving the nurse not reaponsind to my emergency bell for more than 20min, which I, imediately

notified my personal interpreter about) , all was well. Thanks to the clinic management and staff.

I had an awful experience with Arpanu medical and the surgeon, Serhan Derin. I have reached out to the arpanu medical owner Ozgur Ali Atakan about solution before and he said no drs accepted my case after I contacted myself surgeons and they accepted my case and I told him about it his next excuse were suddenly that they don’t work with Serhan Derin anymore. It’s excuse after excuse to avoid responsibility. Recently, someone made disrespectful comments on my posts, including insults about my original nose and other inappropriate remarks. The person also praised my surgical results, clearly with attempt to cover up for Serhan Derin’s malpractice.

I suspected there is a connection to Arpanu medical with that person. So I made some investigation and it turned out he follows and is followed by the agency’s owner, Ozgur Ali Atakan, on Instagram. To prove this connection, I recorded a screen video showing this connection and uploaded it on the account called drserhanderin_botched. It assured me that someone from Arpanu told the person Can Aksoy to comment on my posts, just because I exposed the truth publicly about my horrible experience and posted evidence.

Instead of solving my issue professionally, Arpanu medical seems to have resorted to using someone to harass me online. This incident shows the lack of ethics and professionalism. Arpanu medical has went too far.

There is evidence of supervisor Tolunay Nisanci who threatened me with legal action with attempt to intimidate me to delete my truthful reviews. I got my nose done by Dr Gokhan and i must say his expertise is top tier and his work is impeccable. He was able to fix my crooked and droopy nose and was able to take in account my sleep apnea for recovery purposes. Along side with Dr Mohammad who also is very prompt in his reply and assistance with any questions i’ve had! I highly recommend them!!

Both me and my sister have gotten our nose jobs done by Dr Serhan! My experience was amazing as the clinic was super nice and clean and the staff was so sweet and helpful!

Such an excellent experience, well ran, great communication, and top notch service. I’m already so happy with my results.
