The staff is really polite and they make you feel like you are at home . The doctor was very professional and everyone gave me a warm welcome

They are going to scam you. Look at the responses they write under each bad comment. They will respond for months with the same lies. I‘m waiting for my deposit now for more than three months and they just keep lying to me, telling me each week another exuse. This clinic is extremely unprofessional. Don‘t believe the fake positive reviews.

I paid a $500 USD deposit to Estetik International to lock in a date for a hair transplant as I was travelling from Australia. I decided to go with another clinic in the end as I found numerous fake positive reviews ( the exact word for word review would be left by people with different names) as well as negative reviews from client who used their services.

I had a breast uplift and implants in may 2022. Unfortunately I need revision. This company accepted that I needed revision two months ago but have now decided to completely ignore me on what’s app, email , Instagram. I paid a lot of money for this surgery as I felt I would get a better service and aftercare. This couldn’t be any further from the truth. All they care about is speaking with clients who are spending Money. There is no aftercare. The team are rude and ignore you. Shocking company I would not recommend any surgery from Estetik International

I am a male living in the UK who travelled to Estetik for Gynecomastia surgery and tummy/waist liposuction. The entire experience was as good as I could have hoped for. Estetik staff were very friendly and welcoming. My main contacts spoke very good English and were able to translate. The surgery preparation was reassuring, and I felt very well looked after in the post surgery experience. Estetik do say to expect the final result 9-12 months after surgery, which I found to be true. A special mention to Berk who was brilliant at responding/answering questions in the months before and after, and Rihab who was responsible for me onsite. Thankyou! I have no hesitation to recommend Estetik.

I had a hair transplant in January 2023 with Estetik International witch is the only clinic that can do the procedure pain free I was very impressed by the quality of the surgery and the staff was very professional and friendly

Contacted the company through WhatsApp. They talked me through each step of the way and kept in touch daily on the lead up to my flights. Transfers and hotel was provided as promised and the hospital was very nice. Surgeon and nurses were excellent during my stay. I would use again if needed.

I got the plaxpot procedure done to remove xanthelasma from my eyelids.

If I could I would give zero stars. Estetik International took 1000€ deposit from me and didn‘t return it after cancellation of the surgery. Right after I had already paid problems came up. Suddenly the doctor demanded mammoplasty which was impossible for me to schedule because my flight was already booked and you can‘t arrange a check up like that in a couple of days. They didn‘t tell me about it before I paid. Also first they told me that I get a double room and another person can stay there with me free of charge. Right aftet payment they started bargaining with me about the room. Because of high demand they could only offer a single room and I have to pay extra for the double. Also they offered a middle class hotel only which had nothing to do with the advertised 4 * hotel. It went on like this until I felt like I‘m dealing with scammers. The hospital didn‘t send me a confirmation for the date of my surgery before I had asked at least three times. And still they had no clue about me and my scheduled surgery a couple days later. I contacted the hospital itself and they didn‘t know that I‘m going to be their patient and that I had already accepted an offer. So they offered me a much lower price for the same service. That was the point I understood that this hospital is highly unprofessional and only cares about my money and not about my health. I understood that I don’t want to trust this clinic with my life so since I had not received or signed a contract by that time I decided to step back and cancel the appointment. They tried to convince me to change my mind instead just respecting my decision and made up lies about misunderstandings, the clinic and Bookimed.

Bookimed started ignoring me by the time I kept asking for my deposit. I paid 1000€, didn‘t travel to Istanbul and didn‘t get treated but to this day refuses to pay me back my money and didn‘t even send a bill. Don‘t waste your money, save a little longer and get the job done in a country where they don‘t betray people like that.
