What can I say, absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. Excellent technology to identify the right treatment for me. Dr Cicek was excellent, made me feel at ease and everything explained. The whole process took less than a week and I am so so happy with the result. Special mention has to go to Bengi. She is an absolutely brilliant patient coordinator. She is an absolute credit to your company. Please look after this amazing young lady. She was patient and worked so hard to make a challenging process bearable. Transport great , environment ultra hygienic which puts you at ease. I would thoroughly recommend this amazing dentist and please don’t go anywhere else. This is the place to get your teeth done!

Everyone was amazing people very professionally and friendly amazing clinic five stars service. I had a amazing coordinator Selin she was a lovely lady helping me understand all procedures very helpful thank you to Selin and all Medical staff who give my smile back.

1st class from being collected from the airport, to the speedy and professional preparation work and temporary teeth fitted in just a day then just a short visit later in the week and a new full set of crowns, I was provided with a translator throughout called Gizem, She was very professional, and very helpful with the whole procedure thank you all for giving me my smile back 5 stars

Very professional service from consultation meeting in my own town to collection from airport to dental surgery for treatment, wonderful friendly staff who made it all possible who done the dental work so carefully (sorry I don’t know your names) and Gizem was excellent in every aspect always kept in contact to check all was fine and making arrangements.

I just can’t thank them enough for the New Smile, from getting picked up at the Airport with VIP transport, and being dropped off to and from the Hotel and Clinic. I had 2 implants put in March of this year with 3 teeth out and 4 root canals. Fast forward 6 months later 23 new teeth and I can’t be anymore happier to all the staff sorry I never got all the names but all were superior. My new smile was carried this week by a lovely lady and a professional at this work Dt Gozde Ozkoylu I cant thank you enough with your assistant sorry never got her name. I was very privileged to have such wonderful service from a truly professional and dedicated team. I have always had crooked teeth and have always smiled with my eyes rather than my mouth. But now I am the proud owner of a beautiful wide smile.

My visit was in two sections. The first being to have four extractions and six root canals followed by several weeks of healing. I then returned to have my crowns fitted following discussion about the style and colour.

But this was all made possible by the logistical genius of Erhan. He patiently answered my questions for several months even when I was getting very small details clear in my mind. And once I arrived I was so well looked after with taxi journeys to and from the airport as well as the clinic and hotel which had already been booked in advance for me.

My heartfelt thanks to all of the team for giving me even at 62 years of age. A brand new confidence that I have never had.

Absolutely outstanding..professional service..after years of not being able to smile, I now have my confidence back, erhan was my rock throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble for him, would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking about this journey..5 stars excellent.
