У меня отклеился ретейнер и начал мешаться (колоться). Я обратился в клинику и стоматолог очень быстро и профессионально приклеил его обратно. Что мне особенно понравилось – это то, что он озвучивал все шаги процедуры. Он детально объяснял, что он будет делать, и проверял, чтобы я не испытывал никакого дискомфорта.

Dentasey have done an excellent job on my teeth , very friendly helpfull staff and explained everything as they worked . Would highly recommend this professional company . At least 2 of my family are going there as I’ve told them how good they are and we’re amazed how good my teeth were

I have had problems with my teeth for most of my life

I attended this clinic in May 2022. My accommodation was booked for the Palmin hotel, Dentasey paid for one week and I booked a second week at my own expense, just in case of issues. After an initial discussion with the team, my treatment plan was agreed, specifically crowns, a bridge and a partial denture, and 2 extractions, at a fee of €4,000. I was encouraged to pay as much of this in cash as possible because of their banks commission, which I went out of my way to do. The majority of the work was done on the first day, base work for crowns, moulds, measuring for denture and at the end 2 very painful extractions. I was told the work would take a week, but due to issues with gums, I was only fitted with denture on eve of last day. During the treatment the team were friendly, appeared professional and although my dentist didn’t have English, an extremely kind and caring husband and wife team were so patient with me. The facility itself in Kusadasi appeared to be well equipped and very clean and modern. Finally with my new teeth I made my journey home, I was in intense pain but thought this was normal. Within 48 hours of landing home I was in excruciating pain and had to seek app with an emergency dentist, who was horrified at the state of my mouth. Abscesses had formed on both top and bottom gums and combined with a bad infection was cause of pain. This led to a 3 week period in bed on 2 diff antibiotics and pain meds. Just as I felt a little better, a sharp pain in bottom gum led me to a second app with emergency dentist, this time a piece of cement was embedded in the gum and had to be removed. The very next day while flossing, a crown just fell off. A third visit to the dentist when he took pics and showed me the tiny amount of cement that was only on one corner trying to hold the crown in place, which in his professional view was of very poor workmanship, he had never seen a crown fall off after only 3 weeks. He fitted it back in but warned me if all the crowns were fitted like this, I was looking at years of problems. Two days later while brushing my teeth, a big chip came off front tooth bridge. Then a week later a second crown fell off, leading me back to the emergency dentist. 10 days later more excruciating pain and my 5th visit to emergency dentist, this time more cement embedded in gum. This time I brought my partial denture that as yet was unused, due to the litany of problems described, to ask the dentist when it would be safe to install, so that I could move on from my soft food diet. At this point the dentist told me, under no circumstances should I put it in, as it was not fit for purpose.
