Exceptional care and professionalism at PLN DENTAL CLINIC.

I travel to Turkey last year to have implants and dentures fitted at PLN DENTAL CLINIC, which came with a 20 year guarantee. Initially, I was pleased with the result, as the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, two weeks after returning home,my zirconian denture unexpectedly broke, causing injuries to my tongue and gums. This was a distressing experience, and I did not receive the aftercare I had hope for at first. After persistent communication about my concerns, I was eventually invited back to PLN DENTAL CLINIC for a week to have the issue corrected. This time I was welcomed by a new team, Including. Dr Mertcan, Melis, Rose, Buse,and who were exceptionally professional, understanding, and dedicated to ensuring the best outcome for me.Their expertise and attention to detail made all the difference. It has now been over a month since my new dentures were fitted. And I am delighted with the result. They look and feel much. better than before, and I have had no further issues. I truly appreciate the second team professionalism and commitment to patient satisfaction. Big thank you to Mr Can and Mr Onur, also a special thank you to Dr Mert, Melis, Rose, Buses, and the entire PLN DENTAL CLINIC team for their excellent care and support. And all the drivers. While my journey had it’s challenges, I am happy with the final result and greatful for the improved experience. I highly recommend PLN DENTAL CLINIC especially for their dedication to patient satisfaction and high quality dental work.

My PLN journey started in Feb 2024, I was originally seen at the ERA smile clinic where PLN were located.

1st visit was fine had 6 on 6 implants and needed to have bone grafts which cost a few thousand extra which was ok.

2nd visit was a nightmare, was given my new teeth a few hours before my flight and I was not happy with them, they were so small when I smiled you couldn’t see any teeth. After a few weeks my bottom set broke in half!

3rd visit was to change my teeth to bigger teeth and replace bottom set, was told I didn’t have enough bone structure to have bigger teeth at the top! Heartbreaking news as they did the bone grafts! Bottom teeth I paid extra to get them upgraded so they wouldn’t break.

2 weeks later my whole bottom set came out! I was fuming, was told to get a flight for 1 night and they would cement them back in, I told them that no way was I paying anymore money for teeth nobody could see and they kept falling out.

I told them I wanted to make a formal complaint.

A few days later I was told I could have new bigger upper and lower teeth and they would pay for everything.

4th visit was amazing! Was seen in new PLN building, Melis was my contact and she was awesome!! My new dentist was Mert (think that was his name sorry!) he took/broke all my crowns out without any injections or sprays!! The management were truly sorry for all the bad experiences that I had gone through and treated me like royalty. When I left 4 days later I had the teeth and smile I had dreamed off! I cannot thank PLN (the new team/location) enough, I want to thank the management, Melis and Rose but most of all to Mert my dentist, you are an exceptional person, you saw my problem straight away and with your OCD you gave me the smile I had dreamed off and I can now see my teeth! you are a brilliant dentist and person

After my final visit I would now give PLN 10/10 and would 100% recommend them xx
