Fantastic Service from start too finish

Travelled in February to start treatment and return in August to have my implants placed. Great service and excellent staff. Def recommend!

I had always wanted whiter, straighter teeth but was apprehensive about ending up with an overly artificial smile.

After conducting extensive research on various clinics, watching multiple independent reviews, and reaching out to two providers, I found that Dental Centre Turkey stood out. Their response was the most professional, addressing all my questions thoroughly and providing a detailed treatment plan tailored to my needs.

Communication before my first appointment was excellent. I was picked up on time from my hotel (all the drivers were courteous and friendly) and warmly welcomed by Richard, the patient coordinator, upon arrival. After completing the usual X-rays, I sat down with Richard and another team member, both of whom were fantastic. They made me feel completely at ease, listened carefully to what I wanted, and provided sound advice without making firm recommendations.

Once I agreed on the revised treatment plan, the preparation began immediately. The dentist and his assistant were highly professional and friendly. The procedure was painless, and after getting my temporary teeth fitted and stopping for some medication on the way back to the hotel, day one was complete.

On day two, I had a brief appointment to view a virtual image of my new teeth—huge thanks to the technician who designed them! Day three was a free day to explore Fethiye, which, even during the quieter months, had plenty to offer. Day four was fitment day, where my crowns were trial-fitted, and they looked fantastic. At this stage, I was given the option to be numbed again, but I chose not to. Apart from some sensitivity from the water spray, the process was very manageable.

After the fitting, I had an evening to adjust to my new teeth. Initially, my bite felt off on one side, which was a bit concerning. However, during my check-up on day five, I mentioned it to the dentist, and within minutes, a few quick adjustments resolved the issue completely.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. My teeth turned out exactly as I had hoped, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the patient coordinators took great care of me. A huge thank you to the entire team!

After unfortunate and failed treatments by my dentist back home in London, I was recommended to try DCT Antalya by a close family member who was over the moon with her treatment. I had a failed root canal which resulted in infections and extractions back home and after suffering in endless pain, I decided to move on from NHS dentists and booked my appointment and flights the very next day. I consulted with the team over email, they booked my appointments for the day after I landed and everything else. From the second I stepped in, I was greeted, offered complimentary drinks and consulted about my treatment. I don’t remember my consultant at my first treatment but when coming back for my second treatment, Su and the entire reception team were beyond helpful. I didn’t manage to get my dentist or her assistant’s name but I’m so thankful for all their help. I ended up getting two implants and a root canal which I completed this week. During my first treatment, I was surprised by how little to no pain I felt and had never experienced this back home, I used to not be able to eat or sleep for days. After heading home after the first treatement, I felt no pain at all during the healing period (6 months). It healed quickly and I felt no discomfort. Coming back for my second treatment and fitting of the implants, it again healed in a few days and did not take up my whole week of holiday so I had days to rest and relax. I’ve never been happy to go to a dentist and was even dreading to ever go back to an NHS dentist again. Everyone was extremely kind and supportive from the reception team, to consultants, x ray team and the drinks server. Honestly I am beyond impressed and continue to spread and share the amazing work that DCT did to all friends and family. I’ve never had such great dental treatment or healing experience too. I was able to eat and drink as normal and was so shocked I could do this compared to the horrible service I received back home. Quality over quantity and I would pay loads more to get this service and treatment again. The best by far!! Thank you ever so much to the team, I’m so thankful!

I had the best experience, the staff are friendly and very hospitable. I could not have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend you use their clinic as they are clean and very thorough towards patient care.

Great service, very nice staff and very professional doctors. The equipment is advanced and the place is very nice and clean. Also very respectful of patients’ preferences and choices which differentiates themselves from other clinics that I talked to during my research.

The translator lady is very nice and tentative and the entire consultation is very informative and reassuring. Would recommend a friend.

10 stars from me!!!! Attended my first app on the 24th feb. A week long appointment. Here’s why. X-ray was taken as routine. After the X-ray showed a lot of issues I was having orally. Upon the X-ray it showed that I had a cyst in my upper mouth in which I would have been blind to. It grew so big it need removing. A biopsy was taken to see if that was it ( that comes with an extra cost) Further work needed completing. Extractions x2 and the rest as crowns. I was quoted 3622.00 WITHOUT a X-ray after my X-ray my quote was now 4300.00. Anyone that attends and wants to blag and pay as little as poss do not be surprised if you attend and more is needed to pay because of lack of knowledge around your oral hygiene. If you are disappointed with ‘unexpected extra fees’ do you homework before coming or get a xRay before arriving and then send all info to dental centre. I see a lot of people ‘disappointed Because I had to pay extra’ don’t be that person try and ‘hide things’ that will appear when you get here. Any of my above fees would have been X5 back home so I am not here to complain if anything they have made me aware of how bad my cyst may have become had I not come here. Anyone that is quoted is simply a quote from their pictures – the dental centre are not mystic they can only go of initial pictures.

Now…. Anyone that has a single bad word to say to the staff here, is criminal. They’re fantastic. Absolutely fantastic and clear and concise. From arriving to offering drinks in supply, bringing you back and forth to your appointments. Giving you the work you need doing. Not once did any procedure hurt, they give you the best possible care. I have felt no pain on any of my work. Anyone that struggles and is anxious about dental work, they have you covered with a very lovely little tablet that takes all that away. They then supply you with pain killers and antibiotics from the pharmacy. From start to finish it has been amazing. My only only only thing was waiting time. But listen these are busy people don’t be upset having to wait around. Anyone from England should understand that nothing is worse waiting than the NHS back home. This is no disrespect to our guys back home. But here in Turkey, are worlds apart (noting that we are paying customers here) but we also pay of NI too .

This is my only review ever written and I have tried to be clear as possible for anyone wanting to come here. A shout out to my consultant coordinator – Murat 5 stars for him and all the staff.

For anyone wondering or asking – I went for natural style and BL2 for my shade of teeth. Subtle and sweet. But that’s my personal preference and not all people are the same.

Do not trouble the staff here there is no reason for bad publicity here, if anything the person writing bad reviews are usually the issue.

I’ve just came from DCT, in Antalya, and this Service from start to finish was Truly Outstanding, this clinic was so clean.. The staff were very professional, my Coordinator Murat, was a a true Gentleman, his English was great, and my Dentist Haviva Baldir, I hope that’s her correct Surname, she was so professional, along with caring, always explaining what’s going to happen next, the Dental Centre Turkey, is far the best Treatment I’ve ever had compared to the UK, from the VIP taxi service from the airport to the hotel then to my appointments, everything from start to finish the hole procedure was 10 STAR’S the clinic was very clean looked like showroom, Let me tell you this people I’ve never experience. Anything like this. I now have a full smile make over.. And going back in a few months.. To Complete my treatment. There was no pain & No discomfort, Please don’t hesitate Book Dental Centre Turkey.. You will not be disappointed.. I’m so happy with MY FULL SMILE Make over.. This was with Crowns, and bridges, top and bottom.. Thank you very much you’ve made a 50 year old man very Happy. I have my Smile back, I honestly can’t thank you enough, over all my experience was Fantastic with a great level of service. Absolutely fantastic

Been there twice last year for my implants treatment, and they are very professional. Only reason i’m not giving 5stars is because unfortunately one person in there seems to be unable to keep the Company standards by trying to extort money from foreigner clients. Her name is JADE, she was my client account manager for my second and final visit. When talking about which would be the better material for my implants, when i said i wanted what’s best for me cause money is not a problem, she straight away tried to add 10% to my final bill, with a lousy excuse that my case was particular and they had to do something special. All lies. It’s a shame that someone is doing this to people coming from abroad, reluctant, affraid, willing to spend loads of money, and she’s just trying to take advantage of it. If you planning on going there, please refuse to have her as your account manager. Really sad, because like i said, apart from JADE, everyone and everything is super professional, and you really get VIP treatment.
