The Pearl Clinic Antalya Review

Shame I wanted to leave positive but I just can’t as I’m not 100% happy.

The clinic is very clean and nice , most staff are nice and polite and greet you with smile.

Dentist was generally nice and caring , however in my opinion she needs more training. Dentist’s English was limited . There was a man who actually was very nice and very friendly who did the translation between me and her, but when he wasn’t around other ladies did the job but some couldn’t translate well.

Since they are targeting and dealing with mainly English customers , it makes sense that their dentists should improve their English for better communicate so customers knows what’s happening especially when translator isn’t present .

If the translator isn’t present then no explanation of what’s happening is given so sometimes I was left confused .

Going back to my treatment . I was left with unnecessary small hole and cuts caused by using tools incorrectly on the top of my mouth and my lowers gum. So I was unable to eat for nearly a week due to sore cuts

I have no idea what happened as I was given numbing injections. I’m still unable to eat on the left bridge, as I get horrible pressure on one of the crowns. Now on the bottom left and right sides of crowns I can feel a small gap left between my gum and the crown that my tongue gets caught with. I have mentioned it to her when I was there and she was kind of rushing me to end treatment cos she couldn’t get my bridge right and took her longer than expected . Then I insisted for her to look at it and she did in the end and made temporary fixes. Now after few weeks the filling she put in that small gap has come off . I don’t feel my crows or bridges are fitted properly . She did her best and at some point she actually called on the male dentist there to help her and he did his bit to fix the error she made . To me it shows that the young lady dentist there needs more training and practising . I wish I picked other practice but now it’s too late and since I’m not returning to turkey for long time I will need to get it fixed elsewhere .

Also I wasn’t happy with fact that the door was left open most times when dentist was doing work and all strangers outside could see what was happening inside so try little privacy . Other thing I wasn’t happy with was the fact that I was forced to take pics of my mouth and face and wasn’t given the option to opt out and also was kind of forced politely to sign a form to say I was happy with end results while dentist was still doing work after she made the bridge too wide and had to re fix . I did question that but was convinced that all will be done next day , which they did finish next day. After few weeks now and healing still taking place I am noticing imperfections on my crows and gaps are appearing . It’s really bothering me now and 2 crowns still feel very sensitive so it’s not what I was expecting to be honest

Summery of my opinion , the practice and clean and spotless but the lady dentist needs more training .

Paying for the whitening was a waste of money. As we couldn’t notice much difference even by staying away from coloured food and were having mainly white diet but still wasn’t as good as other places so total waste of £££

The whole experience was amazing.

I am terrified of the dentist yet i was helped to feel calm and focussed on a new smile.

From the driver who ferried me to and from airport and appointments, through the patient support team, the dental surgeon who was amazing, very thorough and he paid enormous attention to everh detail, checking and rechecking to achieve a perfect result. I now have beutiful temporary teeth and will travel back in 6m to get my zirconium crowns. I had 5 painless implants and am now unafraid of dental work.

The cost was amazing compaired to UK prices and jotel accomodation and pool helped provide a relaxed atmosphere.

Made new friends too x

My visit to the pearl dental clinic was excellent from start to finishYou are meet by pearls clinic driver who takes you to your hotel. The staff were friendly I had a lovely sea view.I was taken to the clinic the following day were you will receive message from clinic were driver will pick you up first impression of the clinic was the staff was friendly it’s spotlessly clean then you will start your consultation with the best dental technology in dental practice very impressive I knew from the start I was in good hands for my treatment.i had 10 inplants and full set of teeth top and bottom. a lovely smile even with my temporary teeth till I go back and get my proper teeth. I would recommend this pearl dental clinic 100% thank you to all of the team at pearl dental clinic.

When arriving into Antalya I was made to feel very welcome, first of all by the Driver who greeted me at the airport and he apologised for my flight being delayed. The hotel I stayed at was a little basic but the room was cleaned everyday and the area was nice with plenty of places to eat and drink. When arriving at the Pearl Clinic, my first impression was that I was in safe hands, again by being greeted at the front door and how impeccable the Clinic looked.

I originally arrived at the Clinic for 24 x Veneers however I was advised the 24 x Crowns would be more suitable for my mouth and bite, so this is how I proceeded. After 3 days of dentistry, I couldn’t be happier with how my teeth and smile now look and the confidence I now have.

One piece of advice I would recommend is to wear ear buds and listen to music/podcasts as you are in the dentist chair for long periods at times, but we’ll worth it.

I visited The Pearl Clinic for all on 6 dental implants in August ’24 and while nervous I have to say the clinic and the care is just absolutely amazing.

I was probably an extreme clinical case, most of my teeth were missing, broken or just neglected to the point where this process was an absolute must, I felt shame for the state of my teeth.

The Pearl Clinic, every member of the team from the patient coordinators to the surgeon, the dentist and the nurses just made everything easy and stress free right from booking to having the procedure to the aftercare.

Everyone is warm, friendly, welcoming, patient and extremely professional keeping me informed at every stage. I cant thank you all enough.

This procedure has completely transformed me, it really is life changing and I have had so many compliments for the work The Pearl Clinic have done.

I had to go back after just over a week having damaged the temporary teeth through my own doing (temps placed while the implants are healing) and again it was just a great experience.

I cant speak highly enough of The Pearl Clinic I would recommend them to anyone.

I cant wait to get back there for my permanent teeth!

Pearl clinic Antalia is extremely good at communicating with clients, quickly responding to my questions and giving clear answers.

The clinic is extremely clean and very modern with the most advanced technological equipment and practices.

All staff are very pleasant and professional in their conduct, I felt relaxed and confident in their hands. My treatment has been exemplary and I look forward to the completion of my treatment early in the new year.

Professional,Friendly Treatment. From the moment we stepped off the plane,the friendly driver greeted us and looked after us throughout our treatment. I flew to Antalya from the UK, on the 11th of August to have treatment done at the pearl clinic. I could barely eat because my teeth were so bad and NEVER smiled. Dt. Samet DÖNMEZ was my dentist and he is absolutely brilliant! He was kind and patient as I have a fear of my teeth being messed with. He performed several root canals and 2 tooth extractions and 26 zirconium crowns. They look amazing and so natural!! Samet gave me my smile back! The clinic itself was bright and sparkling clean, modern and all the staff were super friendly. Along with their dedicated driver! I highly recommend the pearl clinic to anybody who is thinking about having their smile fixed. I’ll be forever grateful to them all! Thank you so much.
