Estevien Clinic Review

I came from British Columbia Canada to see Dr. Okan at the Estevien clinic in Turkey, as he was highly recommended by a friend of mine. I was very nervous coming to a different country for plastic surgery. However, Dr. Okan and his team made everything very easy and worry, free. We were picked up at the airport and taken to our hotel to settle in. In the morning, we were picked up and taken to the hospital to get all necessary tests completed before surgery. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. We always had an escort to take us wherever we needed to go in the hospitals or to and from appointments so you were never wondering what was happening. Communication was by far the best ever. If you ever had any concerns about coming by yourself, I would put your worries at ease as they take very good care of you from the time you arrive until you are taken to the airport.

I had a 360° tummy tuck with a breast lift and liposuction. I was very pleased with the size of the scars and it has now been almost 8 months since my surgery and my scars are minimal and still fading. I’m extremely happy with my results. If ever I needed anything done in the future I will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Okan. Thank you everybody for such an amazing experience and for taking such good care of me and my husband.

Je recommande la clinique j’ai subit une brachioplastie. La propreté au top. Il y a rien à dire que ce soit la clinique l’hôpital ou l’hôtel tout est nickel. L’accompagnement avec les équipes et toujours fluides. Les chauffeurs toujours à l’heure. Inas au top et Madina également ce sont des personnes vraiment empathiques et rassurantes. Je recommande. Et le docteur Mohamad très professionnel.

Hierbij wil ik mijn ervaring delen bij deze kliniek.

Ik heb borstlifting en lyposuctie laten doen.

Ze hebben mij van begin tot eind heel goed geholpen. Artsen waren heel goed. Ik heb goede zorg gehad van begin tot eind. Ik zou iedereen aanraden na mijn ervaring om bij deze kliniek zijn behandelingen te doen.

De resultaat is geweldig. Ik ben er zeer tevreden over. Beter zou ik niet kunnen wensen.

أنا فتاة وأم لطفلين وعمري بالثلاثينيات وكنت أعاني من وجود دهون مستعصية في أسفل البطن والأرداف رغم إنتظامي بالرياضة اليومية والأكل الصحي.

ونظراً لمعرفة زوجي بالدكتور أوكال جراح التجميل التركي ذو السمعة العالمية فقد رحب بمساعدتي وأجريت العملية في شهر يوليو الماضي ٢٠٢٤م بنجاح ولله الحمد وأنا أتمتع بصحة وعافية تامة.

I wish that I didn’t have to write this review.

The surgeons and nurses deserve 5 stars. The staff are all lovely (if occasionally highly irresponsible) people.

The hospitals are sanitary, well appointed and comfortable.

The drivers are punctual.

But they have no prepatory or after-care processes.

I’ve been getting dribs and drabs of critical intel since I left hospital. I finally received instructions on the critical first 10 days of care on day 14, and only because I dismissed two post-op liaisons who had given me nothing useful, and demanded it.

I have had allergic reactions and severe internal pain dismissed, been refused care that the doctors requested (and then charged for it), had to wait so long for my appointment that my lipo drainage holes closed over. Apparently we were meant to be draining them every day ourselves. No one told us this. We only even got any equipment for it because we begged it on day 8.

The new customer liaison sent to pacify me (cowboy #3) finally said that he didn’t see a problem with my spending thousands on medical care that I’m having difficulty even getting back in Australia, and is only necessary because their processes have been so deeply negligent.

They say that all this is an anomaly, but it took four days to write basic post-op instructions.

I lost almost 1/3 of my blood in the procedure – which was a big one, so I don’t blame them for that – but a week post-op I’m finally dropped such gems of info as green tea and vitamin E cream increasing bleeding. Well that would have been handy to know a month ago.

Oh and iron supplements post-op will too. Oops.

One of my prescription medications interacts with antibiotics and causes sudden heart failure among other things. I asked post-op cowboy #2 if it was safe since we’d come off them 4 days prior and got a blank, “Yes.” (I suspect he was having difficulty getting the doctors to talk with him)

On my next appointment this doctor says that not only is it unsafe, but it’s also illegal in the country. When in doubt, just make stuff up, right? What’s the worst that could happen?

I had also been told “it’s not that big an operation”, “people go to the movies straight after the procedure”, “you’ll be back up to 90% in the next few days”, and “exercise is good for your recovery”.

So what did I do? Go for a walk. Everything swelled up and fluid gathered in new areas. A pounding started in my head that would make me scream every time I sat down for the next few days. I’ve never had headaches before in my life. The doctor says that if it’s still going in a week I need to see a neurologist. (Thankfully it disappeared).

You can expect:

• to be laden with at least 25 pages of paperwork when you’re already in your hospital gown and on nil-by-mouth for 8 hours.

• to be saddled with medical tourism “commission” fees of 5% – 8% unless you bring cash.

• to be left to fend completely for yourself post-op.

• to have all of your post-op questions ignored, or responded to with inconsistent and nonsensical responses or flat out lies.

• to be gaslit about any complications.

• to have to fight for any instructions given in English by the doctors to be carried out. (Besides this, I didn’t actually find the language barrier a problem).

• And a great operation… Provided that the failures of after-care don’t sabotage it for you or kill you.

Don’t expect anyone from your support crew to notice if things go south.

Pro-tip if you decide to go ahead anyway: Organise laxatives for your first few days back, and don’t accept parol (paracetemol) as painkiller.

Meine Atmung ist jetzt ausgezeichnet, und die Nachsorge war auch nach der Operation weiterhin hervorragend. Das gesamte Team war äußerst professionell und unterstützend. Dr. Mohammed hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, alle notwendigen Untersuchungen vor meiner Reise durchzuführen. Ich kann diese Praxis wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Betreuung war ausgezeichnet, und das gesamte Team war sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Sogar die Dolmetscher und die Nachsorgebetreuung nach der Operation waren hervorragend.

Une Prise en charge complète et de grande qualité du début à la fin. L’équipe est très sympathique, et un merci tout particulier à Dr Mohamed, qui assure un suivi attentif après l’opération. Il nous permet de nous sentir en sécurité.

Après recherche, j ai opté pour la clinique Estevien. Je viens de rentrer en France . Mon intervention s’est très bien passée.la prise en charge pré op, super . Rien est laissé au hasard.une fois opérée,les soins sont à la hauteur.Un grand Merci à Iness mon interprète qui m’a tant rassurée un grand merci à Fatma mon infirmière si bienveillante qui a même su me consoler quand j’avais mal,Merci à ce grand chirurgien VIP Morkoç pour ses talents.

Et mon coup de cœur pour moi le meilleur chirurgien qui secondait le premier et qui était là tout les jours,avec de la délicatesse un regard positif et chaleureux de l empathie à revendre , DOCTEUR MOHAMED. le meilleur je l oublierai jamais . Je recommande cette clinique allez y les yeux fermés .

Me hice una abdominoplastia y liposucción con el Dr. Okan y la experiencia fue muy buena. También quería agradecer al Dr.mohammed shami y todo el equipo médico q estaba a nuestra disposición siempre que lo necesitábamos. Todo estaba muy bien organizado desde que llegamos a turkia hasta que nos fuimos, tenían traductores y choferes también. Cuando nos fuimos los doctores seguían a nuestra disposición online, nos ayudaban y resolvían nuestras dudas. Los resultados de mi operación fueron excelentes.
