I recently had my second visit to Ballipinar,and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. After an X-ray, I was told I had an infection that required the removal of a tooth and was informed it had spread to another tooth.
They removed the infected tooth, gave me a temporary replacement, and told me to return in a few days. However, upon my return, I was told they wouldn’t proceed with replacing my veneers this time and that I should come back in 3 months.
When I raised concerns about the infection—which they themselves acknowledged had spread—I was met with poor communication and dismissiveness. Despite asking multiple times for them to address it immediately, they kept insisting it could wait 3 months, which made no sense since infections typically require urgent attention.
During the consultation, I also found them to be very rough when examining my mouth. Their attitude felt arrogant, and at times, they almost seemed to make fun of me, which was humiliating. None of them spoke very good English, making communication extremely difficult, and I was left feeling confused, upset, and unheard.
To make matters worse, I had been told to plan a 10-day trip (at my own expense), only for them to see me once and tell me to come back in 3 months. They also demanded an additional £500 for cleaning and the tooth removal, which was never explained properly.
Out of concern, I sought a second opinion from another dental hospital, where it was confirmed that I did indeed have an infection, and the second dentist stated there was no way this could wait for 3 months. I informed Ballipinar of this, but they offered only a follow-up appointment and failed to properly address my concerns.
The only positive aspect of my experience was one kind dental nurse, who didn’t speak English but made an effort to be gentle and supportive. Other than her, I felt completely unsupported. As a woman traveling alone, I also felt taken advantage of, as if they assumed I wouldn’t challenge them.
Compared to my first visit a few years ago, the service has drastically declined. It now feels like they are more focused on making money than providing proper patient care. I would not recommend them, especially if you are expecting professional, attentive, and trustworthy treatment.
Lastly, I fully expect that Ballipinar will respond to this review by blaming me, as I have been told they often do when faced with complaints. This would only confirm their lack of professionalism and unwillingness to take accountability for their poor service. Ik heb mijn eerste behandeling daar laten uitvoeren. Het werk op zich was goed uitgevoerd. Waar ik echter wel een probleem mee had was de manier waarop er steeds extra geld wordt gevraagd en er veel te weinig informatie wordt gegeven voor je de behandeling ondergaat.
Het personeel aan de balie staat maar wat te lachen en is niet behulpzaam. Ook als ik met de lift naar boven ging naar de tandarts zat mijn begeleidster op haar telefoon filmpjes te bekijken en zaken te liken op Instagram. Niet professioneel. Het draait daar maar om 1 ding. Geld, geld en nog eens geld…
Mijn 2de behandeling werd uitgevoerd door een andere tandarts en was heel tevreden met het eindresultaat en hun persoonlijke en professionele aanpak.
Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, die Zahnklinik Ballipinar zu besuchen und von der wunderbaren Ärztin Hilin Tas behandelt zu werden. Es war eine durchweg positive Erfahrung, die ich gerne teilen möchte.
Schon beim Betreten der Klinik spürt man die einladende und freundliche Atmosphäre. Das Empfangsteam ist äußerst zuvorkommend und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Die moderne und stilvoll eingerichtete Praxis strahlt Professionalität und Sauberkeit aus.
Dr. Hilin Tas ist eine außergewöhnliche Zahnärztin, die nicht nur durch ihre fachliche Kompetenz, sondern auch durch ihre warmherzige und beruhigende Art beeindruckt. Sie nahm sich ausführlich Zeit, um meine Anliegen und Fragen zu besprechen, und erklärte jeden Schritt der Behandlung klar und verständlich. Ihre einfühlsame Art schaffte es, meine Nervosität vollständig zu nehmen.
Während der gesamten Behandlung fühlte ich mich in den besten Händen. Dr. Tas arbeitet äußerst präzise und sorgfältig und legt großen Wert darauf, dass ihre Patienten sich wohl und gut informiert fühlen. Die Ergebnisse ihrer Arbeit sind einfach erstklassig – ich bin mit dem Resultat mehr als zufrieden.
Me and my husband highly recommended Ballipinar Dental Centre ,last week we had the second visit and we ve got the new teeth upper and lower jaw ,they are amazing ,finaly we can eat whatever we whis ,we can smile ,many thanks for a great team especially to Dr Onur Gunes ,Yuksel Gakmak and the wonderful Prosthodontist Hilin Tas (you HILIN are the best one women which i meet like a doctor ),so 100%’for them.See you guys next year when we will come back for the anuall check in.
My experience throughout has been excellent.The initial contact via whatsapp worked well utilising photos and estimates to reach agreement on the best treatment and costings.
Once agreed and I embarked on the process i had someone to guide me in the process, Ecem was extremely helpful and she was on hand to translate everything, all dentists involved were outstanding with my root canal, fillings, implants and crowns. The buildings and facilities are outstanding and anyone thinking of using Ballipinar should view the facilities on the website and they are even better in real life than on the site. The VIP shuttles were first class and again drivers contacted via whatsapp and let you utilise their wifi.In terms of the hotel that they used I wanted an upgrade on my return to a 5 star hotel with a gym and beach location and Ballipnar gave me a contribution towards the hotel which worked great. It may be worth asking for the estimate with or without hotel to enable you to choose the most suitable location for yourself. I would and already have recommended the dental centre to a friend who has already received an excellent bright plan video showing the whole process
