Everything was excellent on first visit. They asked me to come back a few months later foe finishing the implant, they did not say at the time how long they need me for. I booked my work leave booked my flights, then they said oh 4 days is not enough to finish 1 implant. I can not recommend this clinic

WARNING: Lorans Medical Clinic in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul – Avoid This Place!
I recently had an incredibly bad experience with Lorans Medical Clinic in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, and I want to warn everyone before you consider going there.
Here’s a summary of what happened:
1. Misleading Pricing & Hidden Charges: They increased the cost of services after starting the treatment, even though we had agreed on a price beforehand. I also experienced false advertising and was hit with hidden charges that weren’t disclosed initially.
2. Terrible Aftercare & Unprofessionalism: After the treatment, I had severe pain and reached out multiple times, but the clinic refused to take responsibility or offer proper aftercare. They didn’t even cover travel expenses for a reexamination, which I needed urgently.
3. Rude Staff: One staff member, Ms. Jasmine, was dismissive and careless about my situation. She didn’t stick to scheduled appointments, leaving me without any support when I needed it the most.
4. Inadequate Customer Service: Despite multiple attempts to get help, they ignored my concerns and didn’t acknowledge the ongoing pain I was experiencing. They refused to provide any meaningful solution, even after other dental experts advised me to seek additional care.
This clinic caused me physical pain, emotional distress, and financial loss. Please think twice before trusting them with your health and well-being. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the authorities and hope they will be held accountable.

I am submitting this complaint to formally report Lorans Medical, located in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, for commercial misbehavior, unprofessional conduct, and inadequate customer service. My experience with this clinic has been deeply disappointing, and I believe it is essential to bring these issues to your attention to prevent other patients from going through similar distress. Below are the key details of my complaint:
1. Commercial Misbehavior
• I experienced misleading practices, false advertising, and hidden charges. Despite agreeing on a price beforehand, Lorans Medical increased the cost of services without any valid justification after treatment had already begun.
• After experiencing severe pain following the procedures, the clinic failed to take responsibility for post-treatment care. They refused to cover travel expenses or offer any compensation to enable me to revisit the clinic for reexamination, despite multiple attempts to communicate my concerns.
2. Unprofessionalism
• Lorans Medical’s failure to take responsibility for patient well-being is unacceptable. Their unwillingness to cover travel expenses for an urgent reexamination despite my efforts to reach out reflects a lack of accountability.
• Additionally, Ms. Jasmine, a staff member, displayed a dismissive attitude and showed little concern for my condition. She also failed to adhere to scheduled appointments, leaving me without the support I needed during a critical time.
3. Inadequate Customer Service
• I repeatedly attempted to request post-treatment assistance, but the clinic repeatedly ignored my concerns. Despite describing the ongoing pain I experienced and the opinion of other dental experts, the clinic refused to acknowledge the issue or provide any meaningful resolution.
These issues have caused me significant physical and emotional distress, in addition to financial inconvenience. Such behavior from a medical institution that entrusts patients’ health and well-being is disheartening. I feel it is crucial to alert the relevant authorities to prevent other patients from enduring similar challenges.

• I respectfully request a thorough investigation into these matters and appropriate action against Lorans Medical to ensure accountability.
• I would also appreciate timely updates on this complaint and any actions taken.

قبل خمس شهور كانت أول زيارة لي إلى لورانس لزراعة الأسنان وذلك عن طريق التواصل مع السيدة وئام وقبل اسبوع انتهيت من التركيب النهائي وهنا سوف اتكلم بكل مصداقية عن الإيجابيات و السلبيات التي مررت بها أثناء هذه فترة .عند وصولي إلى اسطنبول كان كل شي على مايرام من حيث المواصلات ومكان الإقامة ومواعيد التشخيص وطبعا أتوجه بالشكر لقسم تنسيق المواعيد والطاقم الطبي بالكامل.كغيري عند قلع الأسنان أو تركيب زرعات هناك ألم وتخدير والكل يعرف هذا وفي هذا الاثناء طبعا لم يكن لدي اي تواصل الا مع السيدة وئام وهي بدورها كانت تقوم فورا بالمساعدة حتى في ساعات متأخرة كانت تجواب على الرسائل وتحاول المساعده بقدر الإمكان.
الطاقم الطبي والمساعدين كانو ممتازين
المشفى كان هناك بعض ملاحظات لم يكن بالشكل مطلوب من عدة نواحي.
وفي الاخير حسب تجربتي الشخصية ومن دون الترويج للورانس كغاية في نفسي لاني اعرف كغيري ماذا يعني الاسنان لشخصن ما
اني ارى المصداقية والشفافية في العمل لطاقم مشفى لورانس وانصح كل شخص أن يتواصل معهم وسوف يتلقى جميع الأجوبة .مرة أخرى شكرا للسيدة وئام على تحملها العبئ الأكبر لأنها كانت هي من تجاوب وتتصل لتطمئن
اخر ملاحظاتي يتعلق ببعض بالمرضى الذين
كانوا يشتكون من الانتظار طبعا أكثرهم اتو من اوربا وهم يعرفون جيدا عند زياراتهم لطبيب وانا واحد منهم ننتظر أكثر من ساعة عند اي طبيب نزورهم وعليهم أن يتفهموا ذلك وأن يتركوا قليل من الوقت لكي يكون النتيجة جيدة بالنسبة لهم
