My experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and if concerns are raised, they are met with aggressive confrontation. I feel compelled to highlight several key issues with Dental Global and Qunomedical:

1. Faulty Treatment: Less than a year after my treatment, I lost a tooth and experienced multiple chips and cracks. This is unacceptable and indicates a significant failure in the quality of care provided.

2. Inadequate Response: My initial complaint was met with a disappointing offer to cover only 25% of the total cost to rectify the situation, on the condition that I make my own way to the clinic. This is not a satisfactory resolution considering the circumstances.

3. Unresolved Issues: Despite raising concerns about the alignment of my teeth during my treatment, no corrective measures were taken. The teeth are visibly curved and do not meet the expectations I had set prior to the treatment.

4. Coercive Practices: During my visit, I was not allowed to leave the practice until I signed a consent form and paid an undisclosed extra fee. This delayed my return to my room until 11pm and felt like coercive behaviour.

5. Poor Communication: Attempts to reach customer care via email have yielded only generic responses with no substantial resolutions. Emails to higher-level representatives within the company have gone unanswered.

I had a wonderful experience at GDC; they are like a small family, very attentive to their clients, sincere , caring, efficient, and made me feel like I was home part of their family. Charles is an excellent guide and translator. Transport and appointments were always on time. The whole procedure was done in a two step process, painless and efficient. I’m very happy with my new smile. I would really recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a new smile.
