After bad treatment with two Antalya dental clinics , since 2022, l contacted this clinic explaining my poor experiences with these clinics and sent them all the information of the corrective problems I require.
X-rays and photos were sent and many phone conversation had.
Adam their manager assured me that there was no problem,sending me a treatment plan including details of multi abutments that would resolve the reason why the other two clinics had failed to provide the appropriate solution
Arriving at the clinic, which visually was not appealing and gave me some concern ,entrance down a side street Entrance
Via a small lobby with a lift to 3rd floor small reception area no Initial greeting of welcome.
Eventually I was taken down to a very small room for an X-ray although there was a X-ray protection jacket on a stand it was not used?
In the corner was a open waste bin filled to the top with bloody tissues.
After another 20 mins wait filled in a medical history form have say neither of the other clinics did this , the young lady who assisted me with this was very pleasant.
This is when it became apparent that they did not have any of the information I sent in August this include the details of my existing implants which are a very popular make .
They contacted their office and found the photo I sent them of the package of my implants.
They said they could not understand the details? Irrespective of this of course if they had carried out the prior checks before my visit this would not have been a problem ?
Eventually they examine me the X-ray they have taken was very dark and poor resolution
This is when it became apparent that they had not studied my dental history.
Several dentist did their inspection and to each one I had to explain my requirements.
This of course gave no confidence the dentist the dentist dr Ozgun who I specifically asked to carry out my treatment was sitting in the corner behind the dental chair making no effort to present himself to me , only when leaving the room did realise who making Disgruntled remarks to the dentist who had examined me
Sitting behind a small desk a gave only Cursory glance and put his head down.
Needless to say I was very disappointed although they said they could provide treatment this I heard from the two other previous clinics.
Once again after spending nearly £1000 in travel and hotel I decide to get a return flight the next day.
They a message the doctors would like to speak to but too little late.
My advise if you have existing implants which my case was misaligned abutments have your treatment in the Uk , my dental visits to Turkey are no more the cost and stressed caused is not worth it ,Particularly at 72 years of age.
Santem foarte mulțumiți de tot,ne-au așteptat în aeroport, ne-au transportat la hotel,buna organizare și coordonare, transport asigurat pe tot parcursul șederii aici,ni sau dat informații cu privire la tratament ,cum o să decurgă fiecare procedura ,am avut în permanenta traducător cu noi,cei de la clinica șant oameni minunați ,primitori și recomandam 100%Dis levent internacional clinic..Mo sa revenim
Am facut un tratament de 26 coroane si sunt foarte multumit de clinica si de personalul care s-au ocupat de mine.

De retour pour la seconde fois suite à un petit incident , j ai été très satisfaite de la prestation du docteur Ruchan et du docteur Azra qui s’est bien adaptée à moi car suite à un traumatisme par un dentiste français il n’est pas facile de me faire des soins sans que je sois très stressée et paniquée .
De plus Deborah a été une excellente traductrice . Merci à vous de m’avoir reçu pour cette seconde fois sans frais supplémentaires pour ce traitement.
Franchement rien a dire super clinique propre professionnel grâce à Carla qui m’a mie en confiance et Déborah super gentil pour se qui hésite encore pour vos soins allez y vous serez pas déçu

The experience was good from start to finish, I had really bad tooth loss, so now I’ve got 24 crown implants which is absolutely great
