Arlene Gilroy. Terrible experience to rushed to quick to take the money with little knowledge on what implants they were given you. Plus if you write a negative review they are able to go in and change it as you will see with my last review! I have asked Trustpoint how are they allowed to do this?
If you don’t have any files on me that shows how incompetent you are as I am due my second visit but as I said I’ve arranged to go with another clinic not far from you!
Fantastic dental studio.
Dentists, nurses & staff were really welcoming and friendly.
They answered all my questions and calmly talked me through what was on that days agenda and gave me all the information needed for recovery.
Really really pleased with how my teeth look now. Can’t thank them enough!
Dentafly are definitely the best in Turkey I had 9 implants In July and had my teeth completed today ,I can’t thank the staff enough from reception really friendly people who make you feel like family and my lady dentist truly amazing also the lady anetheist who put me out without knowing.

In 2022, I visited Dentafly for an implant and crown fitting. From the very beginning, I noticed that the bite was not aligned properly—one side always felt like it was touching first. Despite explaining this to the dentist at the time, he seemed frustrated with me and continued the procedure without addressing my concerns.
Dentafly advertises having excellent aftercare services in the UK, claiming to operate clinics in London and Manchester. However, when I requested an appointment at one of these clinics, I received an email stating that they were too busy to accommodate me, advising instead that I visit Antalya. This is extremely inconvenient and unrealistic for overseas clients, who cannot simply fly at a moment’s notice. Such misleading claims about aftercare services are unacceptable.
Additionally, Dentafly has claimed that the implant screws they use are universal sizes, but UK dentists do not carry screws compatible with their implants. This raises concerns about the transparency and practicality of their treatments for international clients.
When I requested my documents from Dentafly to consult a UK dentist, I was informed that my records had been “lost.” This is highly concerning. After consulting a UK dentist about the work Dentafly performed, I was informed that there were issues with the procedure. The UK dentist has advised me to return to Dentafly with the documents they provided so these issues can be rectified.
My experience with Dentafly has been deeply disappointing. I now understand why another patient I encountered last year was seeking a refund. Their lack of accountability, poor aftercare service, and dismissive attitude have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
I strongly urge others to reconsider before choosing Dentafly for dental treatment. If something goes wrong, who will you turn to?

I haven’t had my treatment as of yet, checked online & they are not registered with the health ministry of Turkey rather they are registered with a tourism ministry. Online it shows they are a dental practice however they claim to be a hospital. I noted from conversing with agents & it seemed there was more concern in achieving commission.
I understand as individuals we all need to do thorough checks to make sure we are going to obtain the best treatment & suppprt if anything goes wrong. Practices who have are registered with tourist ministry maybe working on behalf of an agent without the medical coverage which could cause complete loss of all monies & left with implants that no British doctor will consider to work on which means you either end up paying the full UK price or find another Dental service provider that is Registered with the Turkish Authority.
Always request certificates & know if whether Dental Doctors qualifications can be verified & if they are working for agents.

Great experience very clean and friendly place. Can’t give experience of my dental work yet as it’s yet to be complete as had to do it in separate visits due my gum health but may I add the work that has been done so far has been great that I’m extremely happy with and I have a lot of faith when completed I will be pleased.

I was very anxious on the first visit due to previous dentist treatments, but exept the pain setting the anesthesia there was no pain or uncomfort. Implants were solid from the get go and fitting the temporary teeths were a breeze. Can’t wait to go back to fit the permanent ones. Cant thank the front of house employees enough, they do what they can for you to feel as welcome as possible.
