When my wife decided to have some major dental work carried out we researched the options available and she chose Dentafly and had her work carried out in 2023 and they look amazing!
I accompanied her during her visits and was able to see just how advanced their facilities are and how well they treat their patients so during her last visit I overcame my lifelong fear and decided to go ahead with my own treatment. This was in November 2023 and after a scan I opted to have a general anaesthetic so was taken to the hospital for checks – that’s how thorough they are – and had the first stage of my work carried out.
Visit 2 was arranged for 3rd September of this year and at my request I was taken straight form the airport to their offices for the work to start and a few hours later I woke up with the implants and preparatory work completed.
Next day I was back having various scans done and by the evening I was fitted with my temporaries, I am extremely happy with them and can’t wait to have the final work carried out in February.
I highly recommend Dentafly.
Out daughter has been so impressed with out work that she is booked to have hers started in November.
I came to dentafly 2 years in November and had implants, since I’ve been back 5 times and have to go back again this week or next. I was happy with result at 1st, but they became loose so had to go back, came home month or two later my front tooth chipped had to go back this time I had to pay the full price of hotel not the 4 days which they say plus flights which you after pay flight everytime anyways, came home not long after my gums cracked and came away had to go back, came home few month later they were loose once again now I have to go back because of the bottom implants have a huge gap all along the back of me gums I can literally feel the screws with me tougne, not including all the infections you get after treatment which I think is due to the food that gets trapped under the gums which you can’t get out. The front of house staff are amazing, and the drivers also, I would not recommend this company for your dental work I wish I didn’t even both I’d rather kept my natural teeth than go through all the pain and suffering not including the cost that this as coursed would of been cheaper to get them done at home in uk.
Who ever wrote this does not know my case or is deliberately lying , all I wanted was treatment & materials I paid for , originally I didn’t want a refund just what I had paid you for, DentaFly you are very patronising
condescending & insulting towards me you are complete liars ,you have not offered me an appointment although I’ve been contacting you since April , in a telephone call a very rude women point blank said I’d been fitted with the incorrect teeth system & you would not see me unless I paid again , you knew I was so desperate & thought I’d carry on paying you thousand regardless, I’ve already paid you £12300 in total, you owe me thousands for work you charged me for & did not do , also I didn’t want you to pay my expenses (although I believe you should coz I’ve been back & fourth numerous times at my own expense because you made mistakes )
I wanted you to cover the cost of my flight & accommodation for me & a companion & to provide transfers to & from the hotel as that’s what you stated to me before I became your patient,
Can you email me a copy of my contract ?
please do not accuse me of morals as low as you ,Again your reply to me is so unprofessional it shows the mindset of you and the company as a whole , You’ve got my money so you’ll lie & lie & lie as you have nothing to gain from me anymore, you disguise that you groom people into parting with their money you take advantage of people at there lowest points !Anyone reading your responses to my reviews will be very aware of what myself & hundreds of others patients groomed by you are going through & are not receiving the warranty the aftercare youo offer ,I have received nothing from you except ignorance , rudeness , & lies your customer service is shocking , you have fitted cheap poor fitting teeth & have left me open to infection due to your poor work ,

You just won’t take any responsibility for the way you have left me ,& please don’t act as if you didn’t know what-you was writing when mentioning drugs alcohol hygiene ect I’m none of the above again just shows the lack of professionalism
I have done my denture at Dentafly and it was the biggest mistake. After a month the lower half broke and the upper bit (which is all in 4) it’s not filled on the gums. I have called a number of times but they don’t care. They only cared about money, I don’t recommend this clinic.
Well what can I say. Best interests on your behalf, thorough explanation throughout the whole process. The staff not mentioning any names but they all bend over backwards to do anything possible to make your dental journey flawless. Only on my 1st step and am so amazed at my temporary teeth can’t wait to come back in 4months for the perfect smile.

I am a 67 year old man with fairly bad teeth and came into contact with Denalfly through my daughter-in-law. Got a good first impression at their practice, at the reception they were very friendly, expert practice my experience is very good, I was treated by a fresh, young and enthusiastic dentist and I appreciate his open attitude. During the treatment they arranged a very luxurious hotel for me. My partner thinks I now look 10 years younger with a beautiful smile. One of the few negative points I find is the transport, despite the promise they refused to take me to my accommodation after the treatment. I give them 4.7 stars out of 5, and 0.3 stars is for the transport.
Terrible service far too busy it felt like a conveyor belt! I traveled on my own so was very anxious they never tried to reassure me. I was examined told what treatment I needed then one of them came in with a piece of paper with just the amount I owed. I have no idea what type of implants I got and not much help to understand what was happening. Due to their lack of care I am going to another clinic for my 2nd visit. I’ve tried to reach out to them to ask for the name of the implants and X-rays but they refer you to the support team who either don’t answer or don’t exist! There are so many of them you don’t know who you’re dealing with, it’s all about the money! The new company give you a detailed invoice and a passport of what you have had done and you deal with one person not a handful. It seems some people are happy with the service maybe they got better treatment than I got!
Very professional from start to finish of my treatment .any queries quickly dealt with. The dentist himself was exceptional spoke me through exactly was he was doing. Extremely happy with end result. Can’t stop smiling . Highly recommend. .thanks again dentafly team . Steve

PART 3 MY RESPONSE TO THESE CHARLATANS aka DENTA lie:
First response from them on 20th August 2024 that they would check my files and come back to myself. Not happened! This is another example of their lack of aftercare towards patients that are having issues and lies! They are still NOT providing myself, despite numerous requests for my paperwork and the questionable warranty. Something I am legally entitled to.
Their most recent response( the one that has been removed) that I am blackmailing them! This is almost laughable if it wasn’t so serious!This is a serious allegation that is completely untrue! This is defamation of my character! However, recently there is a pattern of them accusing patients who have given 1* reviews as alcoholics, drug addicts having poor personal hygiene, spam and blackmail!BLAMING CUSTOMERS instead of holding themselves ACCOUNTABLE for THEIR ERRORS!
Well done Dentafly because you are demonstrating your true colours! A professional organisation would NOT do this! Please see this as major RED FLAGS people! You may think you have amazing teeth like I did initially. Wait until you get home and start having problems, then there will be NO aftercare! They will try to convince you otherwise but it’s a lie. Please think long and hard if you are prepared to take the gamble or go to a reputable clinic that will provide you with this!
