This clinic is equipped with the most modern equipment and stands out with its highly professional staff and well-coordinated team. I visited this clinic twice. The first time was for the placement of 12 implants, bone grafting, and sinus lift procedures, and the second time was to install 24 zirconium crowns.

Despite the extensive scope of the interventions, I experienced no post-traumatic feelings or memories. Surgeons Bushra and Dr. Adil were truly impressive with their exceptional skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. My medical consultant, Uğur, prepared me thoroughly from months in advance by providing complete information, moral support, and motivation.

My coordinator, Gökhan, was with me during each doctor’s visit. He was very attentive and always ready to help with any questions I had. I would also like to extend my special thanks for the kind invitation and Turkish cuisine appetizers when I enjoyed my first steak with my new teeth alongside Uğur and Gökhan. It has been 5 months since my treatment was completed, and the Dentacare team’s regular calls to check on me, as well as their celebration messages on special occasions like my birthday and Christmas, were incredibly thoughtful and unforgettable gestures.

We chose the color and style of my crowns together. I am very grateful for his advice. My assistant, Kuri, was in constant communication with me, and the arrangement of transfers was handled seamlessly. The driver assigned to the clinic was very kind and responsible.

My patient coordinator, Mr. Uğur, informed me about the entire process without skipping any details. When I arrived, he ensured that everything necessary for my comfort was fully implemented. Mr. Uğur’s reassuring demeanor helped me overcome my fears. Following his recommendations, my teeth were numbed with painless, fine-pointed injections, and I felt nothing during the operation. Sitting in the dentist’s chair made me feel stronger.

After the operation, I experienced a pain level of 3 out of 10 for 5-6 days, and the painkillers provided were very effective. Additionally, the soft food diet program prepared by my coordinator was very beneficial during my 3-month recovery period. During this time, I also noticed that my diabetes levels decreased.

Suggestion: About Organization at the clinic: As I mentioned at the clinic, for instance, my appointment was scheduled at 2:30 PM, but I was brought in 15–30 minutes late. This delay happened frequently during all three of my visits.

After being dissatisfied with the clinic where I had my implants done, I chose Dentacare for my crowns. Although my expectations were low due to my experience with the first clinic, they exceeded my expectations by far.

First and foremost, they are honest and helpful people. It’s a new and clean clinic. I received far more than what I paid for, and I even made some great friends along the way.

After consulting with approximately 20 clinics, I decided on this one. Honestly, the main factor in my decision was my personal assistant, Gokhan. The fact that he had numerous videos of his previous patients giving happy testimonials was the primary reason I chose them.

The second factor was the pricing. As I later learned, dental treatment prices in Turkey have significantly increased due to inflation. Despite this, Gokhan and his team provided excellent treatment at an affordable price.

After me, one of my colleagues also received treatment here. His first visit is complete, and he’s satisfied overall, though he wasn’t fully happy with his temporary dentures. This might be an area for improvement.
