Travelled to get 16 composite done and whitening on the 26th January. Honestly this was a horror experience I highly recommend that YOU DO NOT get your teeth done here. First of all let’s talk about their professionalism. They overbook themselves and just squeeze you in to where they can in their schedule meaning your treatment is rushed and done poorly. When I arrived back in the UK I had to go the dentist here as the composite done on my lower tooth was cutting into my lower gums. Causing my gums to bleed for a whole week all the composite done had spacing between my natural tooth and the composite causing food to get stuck in between which would’ve caused hygiene issues and health in future. When confronted they was extremely rude and unprofessional only after I threatened to expose them did they agree to pay for my flights back to Istanbul in order for them to re do the treatment. It seems as if no one even communicated my arrival as when I arrived they seemed to be confused as to why I was even there. After they rectified the issues with my teeth I waited in reception for over 2 hours in order to get refunded for my flights which they tried to refuse to pay it was honestly quite embarrassing and hard to watch. They under paid me for my flights after finally agreeing to pay for something I was told they’d cover prior to me coming. Low and behold when I arrived back in the UK within less than 48 hours 3 teeth had chipped obviously due to the densit who repaired the damaged filling down the composite to rectify the issues that where made initially to far down that it would just break. Back to square 1 they reply every 2 days and have once again offered for me to come back for them to repair the damage which I have refused as I just want a refund as I will be getting them re done in the UK. I will also be uploading a storytime with video evidence from the UK dentists analysis of my teeth proof of the chipping and poor composite application and video evidence of them refusing to pay for the flights as well as they’re rude communication and borderline threats good luck to anyone who has booked with them prepare yourself for absolute horror!!! These people are not qualified (look at the pictures attached below of the floss going through the composite also proof of how rude they are once spoken to sternly)

worst dentist ever. I do not reccomend to anyone. I will be making a tiktok regarding this issue. They did not make my teeth the way I wanted it to. However the photos they send to people look amazing. So I do not trust what so ever. BE CAREFUL.

I was first very scared of getting my teeth done. I’m a person who has being confrontational. The day I leave I feel bits of teeth falling out. I don’t have money to get another flight to get this fixed. Do not go to serinsey smile I’ll tell you. No proper X-Ray and no consultation, the middle part of my teeth fell out. I’m very upset. Do not get your teeth done here it’s not worth it. And some of them are very rude. They speak in a different language and laugh at you and make you feel uncomfortable.

Very happy with the results , good transfer between the clinic and hotel , very nice and good dentist.
