Omer Istanbul Dental Center Review

I chose this clinic with trust and clearly explained from the beginning that I wanted small, delicate, straight and natural-looking teeth, not large, wide or protruding teeth. Unfortunately, the first result was too large and too far forward. I explained several times that this was not what I wanted, but when I continued insisting on my requirements, the translator became irritated and I felt that I was being made to feel uncomfortable simply because I was expressing what I wanted as a patient. I was also told that this was the shape of my teeth and that it could not be done differently. In the end, the teeth were made somewhat smaller and straighter, but they were still not as small and delicate as I had requested. I also paid for transparency, but it was not provided as requested. The first work was finished around 11 p.m., and I had a flight at 5 a.m., so I had very little time to properly check everything. Later, I noticed that the molars were too wide and too high. Because of these problems, I returned to Turkey for corrections. At first, I was told that I would have to pay for the hotel myself, even though I had returned because of problems with the dental work. Fortunately, Melike intervened and I was given accommodation without having to pay. During the correction visit, my old dental work was removed again, even though it was a clear reference for the shape and size I wanted. The new work was again too large, too wide and too protruding. I noticed this immediately, even before it was placed, and told them. I was told that it had been sent to the laboratory three times, but for me the problem was still not resolved. I even spent an entire day without teeth waiting for the work. In the end, I refused the new work and went home with my old work put back in place. After the pain, discomfort, time and money spent, I did not receive the result I had returned for. In my experience, there were serious problems with communication, professionalism and quality control. Before going to this clinic, I recommend reading reviews carefully on several platforms and looking at other patients’ experiences. I found other reviews mentioning problems with dental work and repeated corrections. After my experience, I believe it is worth doing thorough research before making a decision.

Ok clinic.,, hotel good location … transportation cheap old beat up vehicles ( so call luxury)

Read everything before signing… quotes in the clinic can defer from original estimate 40% at time.. ask questions at all times otherwise they can keep you on a limbo throughout the days…

To me at the moment they have not complied with what they promised from the beginning…

It was my first time to hear about Omer dentist in Istanbul from my friend. On my first contact with them they were quite friendly and very prompt in answering all of my questions and concerns I had. Appointment was booked with Zoufie and made sure that he kept contact until arrival in Istanbul. Organised transport pickup from airport to the hotel and back. Transport to pick us up from the hotel to our first initial appointment was also organised for us. The clinic is very clean, all the staff were very friendly. Our medical consultant Selvi was very friendly and explained how the procedure was going to be done quite well for us to understand. Selvi and Zoufie kept contact with us all the time making sure that everything was okay and was going according to plan. Thank you to Omer Dentists I really love my new look.

Bonjour,salam alaykoum, pour parler de mon expérience,je dirais que le début a été relativement difficile(je ne me suis pas suffisamment préparé psychologiquement pour tout ce qui concerne: les extractions dentaires…) bref,la fin a été a la hauteur de mes attentes,grâce au travail méticuleux de la dentiste ainsi que ses assistantes,une belle fin en fait!

Отдельно хочу отметить консультантов Aygun и Mirza, очень отзывчивы и добры. Помогали с решением любого вопроса в любое время суток, а фотограф Yusuf сделал на память отличный фильм моего перевоплощения. Огромное спасибо команде Omer Istanbul, вы лучшие мастера своего ремесла!!!

I travelled from Australia to Ömer Dental Centre in Istanbul, I was nervous to begin with, but Mila my Correspondent that helped me with organising the appointment and Noor was my Medical Consultant whilst at the clinic were so warm and welcoming and very supportive. I would not hesitate to recommend Ömer Istanbul to anyone considering Dental Treatment, they are very advanced and organised- a complete team of Professionals

Ma bucur ca am ales clinica Omer Istanbul. Am beneficiat de VIP transport plus acomodare la hotel de 4 stele la 1 minut de clinica. Domnisoarele Mellike și Andreea au fost consultanti și traducatorii mei ceea ce a făcut sederea mea aici o experienta plăcută și ușoară. Tot stafful clinici sunt profesionisti iar rezultatul a fost unul pe masura. Fără dureri sau discomfort am avut parte de tratament, medicatie și lucrare cu aparatura de ultima technologie . Mulțumesc Omer Istanbul!
