A Bad Experience
About a year ago, I went to Novusklinik Istanbul for almost a full set of zirconium crowns. Unfortunately, my experience was terrible. They did an abysmal job ensuring the occlusion was correct. As a result, I suffered from a bad and unadjusted bite for eight months. My dentist in Canada advised me to return to them to get it fixed.
When I went back, Dr. Gulshah (who lacks any sense of problem-solving) insisted that everything looked normal, even though it clearly wasn’t. Before returning, the clinic had assured me that they would make the necessary adjustments, but once I arrived, they refused to take responsibility. Dr. Gulshah denied any mistakes and simply said, “It is what it is.”
In the end, I had to leave with an unresolved issue.
I am writing this review to warn anyone considering this clinic—please do not go there. Just don’t.

The driver was also very friendly and helpful.

Dentist Erdem Salim Yılmaz was incredibly helpful. He listened to my problems with great care and patience. He explained the problems and procedure with both clarity and integrity. I really feel he prioritized the patient mouth health over financial aspect. Moreover he was a warm and Easy going person. He emphatized with me throughout the whole process. I really recommend him as a dentist and doctor.
