I would like to apologise to all the people that have had a bad experience with Acardent, wish I had left a review three years ago. I could have stopped this so partly I’m to blame but then again I was given false hope..
My first ever email to Acardent prior to that it was WhatsApp messages and calls.

I hope this email finds you well.
I really don’t know where to start from it’s been a rollercoaster since December 2022. I was promised that I would have the best smile make over ever. This was clearly not the case. I have had to make 3 trips each year. The first two bridges were fitted also top jaw bright white lower jaw now white at all. This is not what I clearly asked for. I still have all the messages going back 2022.
I had to fund the flights and hotels myself when the mistake was clearly made on your end. I still sealed my lips and didn’t make too much of a fuss but did mention this to the translator who also is your a close colleague Muharram.
I understand the first time I travelled I was in su hotel to give me the best experience which I did get from the hotel but not the treatment end. I’m still very disappointed until today. The second and third time which I have to find flights hotel is just inconvenient. I shouldn’t have had to come back. I think we’re missing the point here.
Even until today my jaws ache me Iv been to the dentist to the uk and they have confirmed the crowns aren’t correct for me. I can get this in a letter format and can send across upon request.
The bite isn’t straight it’s wonky. My crowns aren’t level. I did mention this and the dentist ajar had filed the lower jaw. When I asked for the top right side he said it’s fine. It’s clearly not. I visited on the 28th June and was back in uk 2nd July. The final fit was on the last day which is frustrating as you can’t really make last minute amendments, it always been a rush the whole three journeys.
I also brush my crowns daily etc. still have pains and also a lot of gum bleeding. I have seen the hygienist this definitely helps to prevent gum disease. But like I said they aren’t fitted correctly. My top and lower jaw the crowns stick out and dig in to my gums.
I have tried to message the translator as his always very responsive but on this occasion and couple of other occasions not heard from him when clearly my message was read on his end then ignored.
I understand you have a business and we all need to make money to survive. I feel though piss has been taken out of me in every single way. I have paid for a service which I clearly have not received not once but three times.
I have been advised by my dentist in the uk to have my whole mouth – crowns replaced. So this is something I will be doing in the uk.
The outcome I would like is a full refund along with compensation for the two extra journeys I have made. When mistakes were made on your end. It has caused me significant stress and inconvenience.
I did not ask for bridges on any occasion, as explained I still have messages going back to 2022. when I realised this and asked why this was the case. The translator response was that it’s better for the patient to have bridges and not single crowns. If a patient is paying and is saying exactly what she wants. Why am I ignored?
What you as a business need to understand is that you can advise patients. But I wasn’t even advised bridges were fitted without my knowledge.
I am still really really upset/hurt and let down and I regret I chose Acardent. I did not get what I asked for.
Please can you consider this as a complaint and acknowledge my complaint with respectfully.
People did warn me not to go Turkey as you also hear horror stories. The translator sold me the dream. This was not delivered. I can confirm Mine is definitely one of them horrendous stories.
Family and friends are fed up of hearing this as I can’t stop going on about it. I would like to see what the public reaction would be like if I was to express my experience.
I look toward to hearing from you within 3-5 working days. So I can then decide what my next steps are going to be once Iv consulted a solicitor advise.

I wish I had gone with my gut and not heart as I fell for everything he said over the phone. I did not realise how desperate they were. Life time of horror and dreadful experience.
A lot of people will leave amazing reviews as they feel obliged to. Each to their own I guess.
No doubt il get a response once Iv left this review just so they could please the world.

I have a nightmare for them but they are so patient and professional in every way I would defo recommend
I have purposely left doing a review so I could see how I went on but I went in June now it’s January. I was apprehensive about many aspects of having my teeth done but the guys were all great no hard sell any questions I had were all answered. I arrived at my hotel lovely and clean taxi on time every time. The dentist was in pristine condition the owner was clearly a successful businessman and oversaw all work the dentist who did the work on my teeth was a pure artist and perfectionist. It’s funny you expect some level of pain but there wasn’t any I did all the checks on reviews etc. you can tell it’s a good company when people from all over the world go and that was the case when I arrived in Turkey Thanks to the first port of call Emre such a pleasure to finally meet him and for putting me at ease throughout.
Life changing results!!!!
